Cats as any feline will tell you are superior beings. Skeptical empiricists believe in logic, cause and effect, reason and science and generally oppose ideology, and dogma. Canadian skeptics while polite also have a very healthy disrespect for blind loyalty to tradition or authority figures. Skepticats aspire to feline confidence and superiority - but alas can't always achieve it.
