I am from Tennessee, about 20 miles south of Nutcase's birthplace, Dayton. My era runs from the cold war backyard bomb shelter period to the present. I hold no degrees, but I have always been a reader with wide-ranging interests. Bedridden at the ages 11-12,I read the entire World Book Encyclopedia, the Holy Bible, and everything else I could lay my hands and eyes on. Not to say I retained every word,but when I finally returned to public school, I was possibly the most knowledgable sixth-grader in the country. I continue to have an open and curious mind toward any and every subject.
