John McCain Trades Straight Talk for Unadulterated Fantasy

So far queotic all I've seen from Obamaland is a lot of smoke and mirrors with not a lot of substance. Dreams do not leadership make. Slick speeches do not problems solve. You can put anything on a web site. Talk is cheap. Action dear. posted 05/16/2008 at 14:15:37
Take a good look at McCain's so-called Health Care proposal to begin with. A MASSIVE cost shift to the consumer along with a MASSIVE TAX INCREASE. Not my words but FactCheck. org.'s. Of course Billary's and Obamarama's are no different in the end result. Guess who gets the money?

Hint: It ain't ordinary folks. No government "hand out" here. posted 05/16/2008 at 13:58:39

Edwards Poverty Campaign Met With Media Blackout

Whew!!!!! With "progressives" like many on this blog as "friends" who to hell needs enemies? Not to fear though. The great "Messiah " Obama will make an inspiring speech full of absolutely nothing and all will be well. NOTHING will change but we'll all feel good. Won't we????????OH how I yearn for the glorious days of yesteryear when "Uncle Walter" would tell you"And that's the way it is." And it was. Blame yourselves morons because you got what you asked for. Style over substance. If Obama ( or Billary for that matter, or McCain ) becomes POTUS you'll get more of the same. And you deserve it. Old Osama must be busting a gut laughing by now.

Pretty good coming from a nitwit who advocated doing away with the Navy's carrier strike fleets and replacing them with "baby" jump jet vessels. Didn't work very well for the Brits in the Falklands did it Gary?

I think perhaps that old John knows a thing or two about military matters. Just what are yours or Obamaramas qualifications in this area? posted 05/15/2008 at 15:30:24

But does not support concealed carry and self protection for law abiding citizens. You do understand that one of the first acts of a tyranny is to disarm the populace. You also understand that a hunting rifle and or shotgun and a military type "assault rifle" are in fact two different things . Do you not? You also understand that no sane law abiding person WANTS to USE a gun on another human being. Don't you? How then would you protect yourself, your loved ones, or another human being? Use harsh language? Paper laws aren't going to protect you when push comes to shove. John McCain, Iraq, and the Eyewitness Fallacy

Excellent post Arianna. As I've come to expect from you.

Unfortunately the Democratic train wreck surges onward with Billary as engineer and Obama shoveling coal. posted 03/27/2008 at 14:01:07

Players, Not Cheerleaders

"What? Me Worry" to quote Alfred E. Neuman. Neither Billary or Obamarama needs any type o f Iraqi exit strategy because neither one will get elected. The Dems will not come up with a strategy as well. "Not good for bidness" as Molly I. would say. Sorry suckers but you've been had. posted 03/26/2008 at 17:12:21

A McCain Moment: Do You Want Four More Years of This?

Ever try fighting an air campaign with one hand tied behind your back using old equipment and obsolete tactics? Mix in a weak political leadership (JFK,LBJ, MacNamara, etc) and you have a disaster on your hands. Did you know that LBJ himself used to issue orders to B-52 tail gunners ( I talked with at least two of them myself) flying missions on the other side of the globe or that he routinely issued lists of "acceptable " targets to field commanders along with ORDERS HOW they should, could, or even IF they could be attacked. The short answer is: "It ain't nothing new." posted 03/26/2008 at 09:55:19
It takes a lot more than PR and so-called "inspirational" speeches (rhetoric) to garner my trust. Pity you seem to be so easily led or perhaps mislead Ptama. posted 03/25/2008 at 19:55:20
Horse-feathers. You Obamabots really need a dose of reality. posted 03/25/2008 at 19:50:49
But unless the Democrats get their act together, unlike Dole ,Old Johnny will become POTUS. Start looking at a brokered convention and a compromise candidate in Denver people. It's the ONLY hope the Dems have got. posted 03/25/2008 at 19:48:19
I most wholeheartedly agree Andyboy. posted 03/25/2008 at 19:37:41
Agree wwldthings. According to three of my old professors you'd sure as hell have a better education. We now appear to judge someone by class standing. I for one know several PhD's who aren't qualified to tie their own shoes. And at least two Democratic Senators as well. posted 03/25/2008 at 19:16:58
