I am an expat living in Hong Kong, (HK)
Tai-Tai means wife of the Tai Pan, (big Boss, banker or business man), colloquially it means 'ladies-who-lunch'. Doesn't really fit most of us middle class ex-pat wives, but we've adopted it as a joke.
I am a stay-at-home mom, interested in what's going on back home in the US and what people are thinking. I learn a lot here at HP from the articles and even more from (some) comments!
