I grew up in the bible belt and learned at an early age how hypocritical republicans were. It turned me off of religion and politics for a long time. I consider myself a moderate liberal, but am willing to listen to all points of view regardless of party. I haven't heard anything positive come out of a republicans mouth in many years.
