The author presently resides in Phoenix, Arizona. Prior to moving his family to Arizona, he had a quality improvement consultancy in Santa Fe, NM.
His primary areas of interest include research into regulatory and policy-related systemic factors contributing to health, education, and other social problems.
His wide-ranging background includes work in the fields of Public Health, Economic Development and Education. Additionally, he served as a consultant for business, corporate and governmental clients.
He served as a member of the New Mexico Government Operations Advisory Committee. He was a member of the City of Phoenix Mayor’s Commission on Disability Issues and a presenter at a National Conference on high school dropout prevention
He earned degrees from the College of Santa Fe, and The Graduate School, Rutgers University.
