Yes, I do; he seems to be obsessed with war. Like the Iraq war vets who return home and can't readjust to civilian life - some admit to a desire to return. McCain vicariously derives a sense of fulfillment from discussing/promoting war games and torture policies, I believe.
Also, I do think he has early-onset Alzheimer's or more likely, dementia in it's early stages.
On This Week yesterday he said within approx. a 2 minute period that, yes, he had actively sought Hagee's endorsement, that it was probably a mistake that he had, and then that he was glad that he had sought his endorsement. It was weird. posted 04/21/2008 at 02:31:38
