Religion is just big business, and the followers easily led, gullible sheep. Honestly, how can adults belive in such fairy tales? My niece went to Catholic school, her parents TRIED to make her go. She was five years old, and she said, I don't believe in God and I don't care what anyone says. She is an extremely brilliant child, has a genius level IQ (was reading at 3 1/2) and is in gifted classes at a (Thank Goodness, NOT God) public school. My brother was secretly, he told me, impressed by her lack of belief and inability to be brainwashed. I am proud of my brother and sister in law, for listening to her and NOT making her go, like so many others do when confronted with a child so much smarter and less brainwashable than most. She is thriving, doing really well. I am not a religious person, but I never spoke about religion or my lack of religion to her, yet I felt much the same way as she did as a child. I agree ang4ever, these parents should have told her that she was beautiful, and that someday when she is an adult and stops growing, if she wants to get surgery she will have to pay for it, herself, but that they don't approve, and that would probably have been the end of it. But princess wanted bigger breasts,, and anything princess wants is what we will give princess. (so goes the mentality today!-Unreal!) Sheraz, of course they are going to try to pass this off as needed surgery, but implants were used, every woman has asymmetrical breasts; however that and inverted nipples are still no reason to have cosmetic surgery as a teen, and however they try to dress it up with wording, the real truth shines through- she was having surgery to correct small breasts. Teenagers should not be having any kind of plastic surgery on breasts, unless there is cancer or something life threatening involved. Of course the surgeons have to try to protect themselves by saying it was more than just breast augmentation surgery, as well as the parents that probably paid for the surgery, who don't want to be judged badly in the eyes of others. A tragic shame, one that I hope wakes young people (teens especially!) up to the danger of messing with nature just to look better to the opposite sex. I think that too many people are being hard on SJP, she is attractive, but not beautiful or overtly sexy, however, she has energy and enthusiasm that is sexy and I applaud her as an actress who has made it.
