if you want to prevent posture/back problems in older years:
just hang from a level bar and breathe deeply and slowly, feet off the floor, eyes straight ahead (not down or up) so your head is in proper position re: the spine. do this every day for 5 minutes and you will reduce back pain/ knots and stand taller.
