No doubt you would like to take WalMart's profits to distribute as you see fit. And you want government to distribute those funds?

1. Wal Mart is legaly entitled to the money. I believe most policies contain the same agreement.
2. Was she at fault in the auto accident? Several reports said she made a u-turn in front of a big truck.
3. Dose her lawyer plan to refund any of the 300k he or she made in this suit. (Settlement was around 1mil)
4. Could the laywer have structured the settlement to keep Wal Mart from getting it?
5. If Wal Mart dosen't go after the money will that create a legal precident to be used against them in the future?
