Hillary Clinton Ad Features Osama Bin Laden: Campaign AdWatch

You really didn't make a point. It was just a snarky dig, just like my post. posted 04/21/2008 at 19:53:31
So it's okay to set bombs and still be unrepentant 30 years later, huh? Obama continued to serve on the board with Ayers AFTER he made his infamous 9/11 remarks and kicked off his senate bid at Ayer's home. posted 04/21/2008 at 19:49:47
Well, at least that trailer trash woman has the strength of character not to snort c*caine while she was in college. I guess that would have made her more dignified, huh? posted 04/21/2008 at 19:41:17

Yeah, and Barack's wife called him an "accessory" and McCain called his wife a c*nt. Is there a real point in your post? posted 04/21/2008 at 19:30:08
This ad is playing off of his performance in the debate last week, when he was confronted with a hostile environment, he clearly was not ready. Bill Ayers? "He is an English professor"! Oh, well, that makes it okay then. posted 04/21/2008 at 19:27:35
Michelle Obama was lead surrogate in playing the race card before South Carolina. She was the one who conflated Bill's "fairytale" remarks into racism. That is a fact. She also said after they won Iowa "There ain't no blacks in Iowa", which was before NH and SC. Why? It's called race baiting and the Obama campaign are masterful at it. Mr. Change had no problem destroying opponents in Illinois under the tutelage of Mr. Axelrod, later saying he "regretted" it, his typical passive-aggressive answer to everything. posted 04/21/2008 at 19:24:34
Karl Rove is choosing the nominee. He loaned his brain to a guy named Axelrod, who launched the sneakiest, most destructive passive-aggressive campaign since Lee Atwater. You are already on your knees for Obama and you don't even know it. posted 04/21/2008 at 19:17:06

Clinton's Attacks on Obama Patriotism Have Nothing to Do With "What the Republicans Will Say in November" - Everything to Do with Her Own Strategy

The premise of this article is bogus. Give me an example where a main surrogate of the Clinton campaign has attacked Obama's patriotism? I don't mean Obama "interpretation" either. I could say this constant Huffingtonian use of the word Rove is an attack on Hillary's patriotism using the same tortured logic contained in this article. You people will say anything, won't you. posted 04/21/2008 at 11:21:01

Top Clinton Strategist Defends Clinton Slam On Democratic Activists

Relative to your point #2, Obama disowned those remarks at the debate the other day, so I guess you just got thrown under the bus. Again, regarding free speech, I guess Hillary doesn't have that right. You people defend Schuster, Randi Rhodes, Rev. Wright and now, I swallow hard, William Ayers.

MoveOn was supposed to be a "progressive" action group, not a "Obama" PAC. They never should have pitted one Democrat against another; that was never their charter. They didn't do it in 2000 or 2004 . You are pointing your bow and arrows at the wrong target. MoveOn is wasting money which should be spent on defeating Republican candidates, both locally and nationally.
Instead they chose to form a circular firing squad. I resigned from them the minute I received the email asking me to vote. posted 04/20/2008 at 13:53:05
Some insight into this "scandal".
From www.taylormarsh.com

1) Did you attend the fundraiser that you wrote about?

No. If I had, I would have reported it that way. This is a news story and it was treated as such. When you find evidence of a candidate who says something of relevance in private that is significantly different from their public face, that"s news. Because of the fact that I"m a very public Obama supporter, I worked to removed all spin possible from the story.
2) Did you make that recording? If not, who did?

Someone who attended the event made the recording.

3) Was the audio edited? If so, why?
The source was very concerned that nothing on the recording should reveal the exact location of fundraiser or should in anyway give away who he/she was. I listened to the material contained between the two recordings

Two recordings? What was left out? Obama supporters have been screaming about context.

Further:)
Fremon spoke to Wolfson after the Texas caucuses. She did not disclose where or when this tape had been made. Fremon then asks Wolfson if he had "evidence they had of intimidation at the caucuses" and he responds with Texas and Nevada. Fremon then goes on to write that Nevada happened before the Move-On.org endorsement, and Texas occurred after Clinton made her remarks, thus making Wolfson look like a liar and an idiot.

No investigation by HuffPo who just ran with it. posted 04/20/2008 at 13:43:06

You guys may not like it, but out here in the hinterlands, many people actually swallowed that BS about Obama's patriotism, particularly after Rev. Wright and Michelle's remarks. I still have people insist he is a Muslim whenever we talk politics. Better that kind of stuff is cleared up now rather than in the GE. ABC actually did your guy a favor and your cringing because someone dare to question him hard says more about your support then Obama's credentials. The sort of ravenous frenzy and dismay I see here is bordering on unhealthy. posted 04/20/2008 at 21:45:41

Clinton Slams Democratic Activists At Private Fundraiser

You people are really getting pretty excited over Hillary dissing a bunch of Obama surrogates. Duh, that's really news. posted 04/18/2008 at 19:46:16
MoveOn was supposed to be an unbiased Democratic activist organisation. When they decided to endorse, for the first time, one Democrat over another, they split the party, right then, right there, becoming an Obama activist group. They should have been going after the Republicans yet wasted time and money attacking Clinton, a Democrat. Why on earth should she appreciate that? posted 04/18/2008 at 19:41:48
They were never in the business of endorsing candidates, pitting one Democrat against another. That wasn't unifying the Party; it was divisive. posted 04/18/2008 at 19:32:27
Obviously comprehension was not one of the skills you brought to your activist groups. Hillary was talking about an activist group which endorsed another candidate and then tried to manipulate the caucus process. MoveOn is the one who tried to deny participation in the democratic process, not Hillary. For people who don't want to count FL and MI, you people sure do speak with a forked tongue. posted 04/18/2008 at 19:29:23
What business did MoveOn have endorsing a candidate? That was out of bounds to begin with. Why would a Democratic activist group decide to pit one Democrat against another. What purpose did it serve other than to divide the party. Anyway, Obama still stunk up the joint at the debate. posted 04/18/2008 at 19:24:39
Makes a good headline and we know that's how the majority of Obamabots get their news. posted 04/18/2008 at 19:18:18
MoveOn is an OBAMA support group, not a Democratic activist group anymore. When they sent me the email asking who I wanted them to endorse, I immediately quit them because that was not supposed to be their purpose. They were supposed to support Democratic candidates, not one over the other. This is another transparent attempt by Arianna to cover for Obama by throwing the litter on Hillary. posted 04/18/2008 at 19:16:39
MoveOn endorsed Obama. You can't call them a Democratic party activist group, they are an Obama activist group. Why shouldn't she be upset with them. They betrayed their own charter when they endorsed one candidate over another. posted 04/18/2008 at 19:12:10

Obama's Ayers Issue

Do any of Obama's "bitter, clinging" remarks ring with the echo of Mr. Ayer's sentiments wherein they understand more than anyone else why people are downtrodden and only they know what is better for them as well? It's paternalism and arrogance personified. posted 04/19/2008 at 16:56:25
Wow Gina. I don't know about the Democratic Party you speak of. The one I belive in just wants to let us live their lives by the Constitution. You are still one of my favorite posters, even if your blind loyalty to your party is as alien to me as Obama supporters blind adoration to their candidate is. posted 04/19/2008 at 16:46:15
Gina, it's pretty hard to get around the fact that Bush and Rice ignored the 8/10/01 National Security brief. As Richard Clark said whenever something like that came up under Clinton people ran around like their hair was on fire. The Bushes needed 9/11 to carry out their PNAC project, so they turned a blind eye to threats. If they had not gone around talking about the need for a new Pearl Harbor, I might buy into your argument. posted 04/19/2008 at 16:31:18
