That the MSM has fostered the public notion that Pastor Wright is more of a threat to the U.S. than hate preachers like Hagee, Parsley and the like is astonishing, blatantly one-sided, and dishonest! Wright is influential within his own Chicago community and well-respected within the black Christian communities. While railing against injustices and exhorting his flock to translate Jesus' teachings into real-life social betterment, Wright---unlike Hagee and other Zionist fundamentalist zealots--has not attempted to "blackmail" our leaders and co-op our own government's policies! Which is more dangerous?
Our founders had very good reason to establish separation of church and state as a founding principle! Unfortunately, now we are seeing the dangers which result from blurring those boundaries! posted 05/22/2008 at 12:54:07
