Since I lost my house in Cape Coral, Fl. to American Servicing Company (Wells Fargo Bank) in July I've been forced to live with my elderly mother in Maryland. I don't take it lightly having to spend Winters in this God Forsaken place. I don't take light

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, plenty of work experience in both the public and private sector. I've been a real estate agent (hated it) a property manager (so, so), the Editor/Owner of a local magazine (died and gone to heaven) and now I am homeless and hopeless.

I have so much venom toward those responsible for giving a whole new meaning in the 21st Century to the term �Self- Service,� (i.e. Service: �repair,� �overhaul,� �check,� �examine,� �tune-up,� or �help�). I wonder if there was ever a time when government and corporations operated as a �Service,� as we seem to believe this was the intended mission of both.

Have we been fooling ourselves on purpose, because it�s easier to believe those entities have the citizens� best interest as their goal? Or, have we just been dumbed-down and thereby unable to decipher the code of the very purposeful language spoken by corporations, and our Government, with the help of the Media who relay corporate and government agendas using this same feel-good language to achieve their obviously self-serving goals?

Since the entrance of George Bush in the White House at the turn of the Century, the US and its backbone, the Middle Class have been led to slaughter so the government, corporations and industry can �sell our flesh to the highest bidder!�

They have exacted our flesh from us for their own aggrandizement, without a spec of remorse, doing it again and again, seeking greater and greater rewards and amassing great wealth for themselves - to our demise. Some of us might NEVER make a come-back! Does this put these distant, diffused entities in the same categories as Serial Killers? Shouldn�t they all be held accountable as such?
