I was born and raised in Vinegar Bend, MS beginning late in Eisenhower's second term. In the early 1970's I was an honorary Junior Mascot of the Weather Underground but my only overt act of social outrage was to contact the ACLU to protest our onerous 'dress codes' at school. I am now an aging pre-punk/post flower-child of modest means raising a modest family in central Mississipi. And so it goes.....*
