The Bible states in Ecclesiastes 5 that people suffer misfortunes and thus we always need to keep in Social Security and Welfare programs. People are laid off jobs,fired unfairly,low wage jobs, jobs that do not pay enough to live on,all races discriminated against, cruel employers,veterans, elderly,aids victims, and myself who had quit evil jobs as a Christian all the above are on Welfare although I have worked most of my life and on Social Security Retirement benefits now. People can change and above all Jesus came to Save all who would Repent and change their ways. We are all sinners Bible says.


I made my Complaint to Huffington Post Complaint Division and they decided fairly and honestly my case. I made Complaint to Arianna Huffington,co-Founder of The Huffington Post reference the two articles Clinton heckled and Obama cheered over bitter remarks dated from April 15, 2008 to April 17, 2008. I mentioned there were many good Jewish people too.


Also,I mentioned all Religions have good and bad people in them and people in all religions should obey God.

Jesus whose Jewish taught everyone to care for jobless and poor. I quoted many Jewish Biblical verses and quoted eloquent Jewish people as Elliot Liebow,Jewish Anthropologist,Rabbi Charles A. Kroloff,Psalms,Proverbs,Wisdom,Ecclesiasticus,Deuteronomy to give poor a Hearing., etc.

It was I who first put on The Huffington Post the First Great Amendment of Religious Freedom where no one Religion shall be established nor to prohibit the free exercise thereof for All in Constitution. Not that long ago I posted on here in defense of Jewish people from the book Roger Williams by Clifford Smyth,'31 of Roger Williams who gave us our first full Religious Freedom in Providence, Rhode Island. From book I mentioned in England 1653 with a new government being started how Roger Williams known as a brilliant,eloquent Christian Minister had defended the Jewish peoples' Right to Worship God as this issue was being hotly debated. Roger Williams also studied nine languages. Roger Williams studied Hebrew as myself which I had to learn for Alger F. Johns wrote Biblical Aramaic language of Jesus "linqua franca" of region comparatively to Hebrew. Roger Williams greatly influenced and swayed head of England's Government Oliver Cromwell to let the Jewish people freely worship God. Roger Williams also conducted a campaign to get coal to keep the poor from freezing to death and this I posted previously also on your Huffpost website blog. I put too in past that Gov. Winslow of Rhode Island gave a gold coin to Mrs. Roger Williams to alleviate her necessities of food,etc.

Knowing someone's religion can be a wonderful good understanding of their values,cultures, and history. Israel has a court for criminal semitic Jewish people who commit crimes. The United States has court systems to handle grievances and crimes too. Proverbs 1 states,"Don't steal from honest people".

The U.S. has Court system to deal with grievances and crimes of people so why can't the Jewish Court deal with their grievances and criminals too? Why can't enemies of Israel go to Court with their grievances to solve their differences and stop killing Israelis. This they could do!

Christianity and Jewish religion are very similar in religion. The Jewish teachings are in my religion too of Christianity.

Although I am not an expert, I like to read history books and read about Christianity my religion. I have put on the knowledge that could make Peace Between Nations and Peace between America and its enemies or Peace between Israel and Palestine since both should have a two-state solution, and yet you banned me from commenting on Huffingtonpost and continuing my posts. An additional way to make America more safe is to have radio talk show hosts talk less and have much more people partipation to come up with ways and ideas to defeat the terrorists. In Athens, Greece the people voted in a clever statesman who by trickery saved his nation of Greece.

Conscientiously, I was the only citizen putting on the truth here with compassion and to serve the Lord. Proverbs 12,I believe, says too,"The Lord will be pleased if you convict evildoers and criminals then posterity will be yours." No one has contacted me when I put on Huffpost blog my call to Dr. Wattenburg's program to use parachutes for American airplane passengers to save their lives as I could see the hatred against America.

God would support the Jewish Court in Israel. Why can't the awful terrorists against Israel when they have a complaint go to Court and solve their differences there instead of killing Jewish people outright. This would heal bad misunderstandings if peole would go to Court as we do in America to solve their fights and problems and to punish criminals. No one mentions this fact. Proverbs 12,"Convict the evildoer then prosperity will be yours." As you see God supports convicting evildoers then a nation will prosper. Anybody prospering? It is always smart to hold people accountable for what they do and God and Jesus would agree. Proverbs l states,"Don't steal from honest people." I quit evil jobs as a Christian and honest person. I have been a practicing Christian for 40 years now and obey God's Laws of not committing fornication and I do not commit sex offenses and obey God. I have self-respect too. I wait for a Christian man to marry. I have never had intercourse so I am healthy and do not get diseases and have great self-respect. Psalm 41 States, "I will heal him on his sickbed and cure all his illnesses if he is kind to the poor." Good health is not overindulging, nor not drinking too much wine be moderate, nor no sex offenses, nor being dirty but clean in ones' clothes attire and to be clean and neat. I wait until marriage for sex and want to marry a Christian man. I have been a practicing Christian for 40 years. All this is good health. I was trying to save American lives with helpful ways nations won wars in history from book the New Popular History of the World with foreward by Lowell Thomas,famous journalist,Wallace Caldwell and Edward Merrill authors, with editorial advisers from Harvard,Yale,John Hopkins,Duke,and Columbia Universities of nations winning or losing wars and how to protect America from tortures,deaths,maimings,etc. I didn't have to do this but wanted to do good.

Bible teaches Jewish people to care for poor, job seekers and they were not obeying the Lord. Faith Without Works is dead. I had mentioned there are many good Jewish people too.


It was I who about a year before NY 9/11 attack I called into Dr. Bill Wattenburg's radio KGO program to say we need to have parachutes for airplane passengers because I could see the hatred in Europe against us Americans and parachutes would be a good solution to saving passengers lives as many airplane crashes were occurring. Dr. Wattenburg said," The air pressure would be too much to take for this to work." This means Americans,Jewish,Christians,Asians,Spanish,Dutch,etcl,all peoples here lives would have been saved, but you did not heed my phone call. It was I who sent an E-mail to Gov. Schwarzenegger not long before the terrible incident of a Jewish woman killed at the Jewish Center in Sfc who ignored my Email stating we need to keep up our guard against the terrorists, but he did nothing and never answered. A dumb man he is. It was I who put on blog here not long ago that we need to consider the Jewish people in America here too, not just elsewhere so their lives can be saved.

It was I who mentioned on blogs here we need to look at the Strike we don't know where or when and hiding in crowds tactics not being conquered yet so we don't know where they are when Sen. McCain said the Iraq Surge is working. It was I who was right and would have saved Jewish people in Jerusalem ,Yerusala'im where the eight Jewish students were killed by these tactics, not Sennator John McCain. I also put we need to have more "Walking beat" police officers so they can see who might be planting a bomb and so prevent a terrible tragedy and protect America. This was ignored as usual by bloggers here and moderators and not long thereafter the NY bomb happened at Manhatten,NY shortly thereafter where someone left a bomb at Army recruiting station. No one was hurt thank goodness and this was around time that the 8 Jewish students were killed because again no one listened to me. Again I was right. It was I who put on blog here in past when I saw we were losing in Iraq before Surge and put on the 1648 Westphalia Treaty were after more than two years of negotiating the Thirty Years' War was ended. A provision in it states,"The Right to worship God in one's own way ended Religious Wars among the German states. I put Negotiations Do Work for no one was even trying to negotiate. Now everyone is talking about negotiating for Peace Between Nations and to save lives. Why would you ban someone like me who is trying to save lives like this? Just crazy! I would have saved Jewish peoples lives and Christians lives and others lives if people had listened to me.


In fact, you showed not one decent ounce of compassion to anyone. NYpoet22 saw I was a Christian in my blog yet did not mention that. He must be anti-Christian as moderator seems to be. No one can remember or analyze from all words used in a day their meanings.

Sfc Glide Church is only church giving a breakfast and 3 meals in whole city. SF Rescue Mission provides no restroom.Sup M-F.Sfc. Sfc St. Anthony's just lunch. In Sfc Bay Area 6 counties Welfare is 3 mos with 20% exc if job problems in 1998 Chronicle chart and shows LA Welfare 5 months, now as I posted recently to update San Diego no Welfare stated and signed by Mr.and Mrs. Herlee and Floretta Murphy in my Report, but such little money given to GA as one needs money for job faxes since companies don't give name and address in Chronicle,no longer WP job ads 02,phones,clean clothes,clean room items, pain needs,newspaper,bus fare,have security guards' signatures showing one cannot leave job resume at businesses. I have manners and we need money to pay for restrooms since companies make you pay to use restrooms. I guess the dirty filthy people of city of San Francisco are people with no decent manners or good class who live in San Francisco go in the street or something. How can they afford restaurants all the time? Supr Chris Daly,Rep Nancy Pelosi,Sfc Bd of Suprs, Mayor Gavin Newsom ignored these problems nor did anyone do anything about all the cruel,bad,evil jobs I kept running into and had to quit right away for with abusive time limits on GA and not much food,shelters this would be terribly inhuman and horrible to not solve these problems which my reps did not do either. EED moved way out to Army St.,Emp Dept for three years, Around 1993 St. Anthony's Sfc shelter put women out at 7 a.m. and gave you fruit only for breakfast,no lockers, similar to other shelters.

I spoke about how a good person would not be associated with Mr. Ayers and his bad baggage but that Sen. Obama used bad judgment to associate with Mr. Bill Ayers and I did not mean he is like Mr. Ayers in being ugly. We all know however everyone of any color is a human being with feelings that we should never be bigoted against. I guess my blogs were not appreciated. Not that long ago I had even put on here how African American people are smart people from book American Heritage Foundation since it says Pres. George Washington eventually saw how wrong slavery was against "Efficient" black people and Pres. George Washington tried to heal this with regulations. The security is bad in Israel since a Major Library place had no security set up as should have and 8 Jewish students were killed there recently. The Saturday before yesterday I had given up my Visa ATM card at bank because Christians as myself do not want the 666 number. They're working on it though, but does not look good.

Good grades. In 1978 in Sfc I could not get a second Veteran's loan for college because I was $50.00 over required minimum whatever that means. I could not continue college on only $100.00 a month on Army G.I. Bill. I paid off first Veteran's loan of $1,500 with jobs. In past I have quit a number of evil, corrupt jobs as a Christian. The jobs were run by corrupt, dishonest people and I quit the jobs when first hired because I obey God's Ten Commandments.


7 Certificates in Word Processing and Spreadsheets 94,95,97,05: Word Perfect 5.0,Word Perfect 6.0,Word Perfect 5.0 at John Adams College,Sfc, I had to relearn all WP features with new technique of Word Perfect Windows, Glide Church,Sf 94,95,97. Windows 95, Lotus l,2,3. Microsoft 3.0 and in May 05 Microsoft Word,Microsoft Excel. I got A grades. Dean Gary Thom gave me letter stating,"If Microsoft Excel Class at Alemany City College,750 Eddy St.,Sfc was credited I would have gotten an A." Stephen Lien,my teacher, told Dean Gary Thom I would have gotten an A if my Microsoft Spreadsheet Excel class was credited. I worked for 6 months at United Mine Workers of America in Wash DC in 1987-88. I worked at Hdqs, Letterman General Hospital,Headquarters, Presidio of San Francisco,Ca 1966-67-68.


I am Self-Taught in 9 Languages: I need bigger vocabulary in last four languages I studied. Linquist and studies in ancient languages. Biblical Aramaic by Alger F. I was selected to be with Army Wac Exhibit Team at New York World's Fair 64 and had my picture taken with the now famous Pete Rose. Pete Rose was Rookie of the Year of baseball then. It's sad but his baseball skills should be admitted in Hall of Fame for the record. Others who've sinned are forgiven and admitted and it's not held against them forever. He helped me up on a stage and my picture was in hometown newspaper, Army base, and in New York, I was at Democratic Governor's Convention in 1964. In Army I was selected Wac of the Month and Wac of the Quarter.

I was selected and went for interview at Pentagon 64 to work for Secretary of Defense Robert S. McNamara. At Pentagon interview I turned this job down. I also received the National Defense Service medal. My rank: E-5


It is by its ability to provide a decent life for the masses for average people and for those below average that a society is to be judged. Homeless want jobs,security,housing too. Statistics of how many poor are just what people want them to be. Homelessness is a cruel burden for anyone to bear. In a Democracy both employers and employees have Rights. The employer tries to understand the employee and employee tries to understand the employer. The employee should have decent living wages and good working conditions and the employer of capitalism must make a profit for giving money to buy factory things,machinery,etc. Both shoud try to work together for entrepeneur business enterprises to grow and flourish. Recently I discovered the National Coalition for the Homeless Reports of Dec 04 Nov 07,Jan 06 on nationalhomeless.org website. See Nov 07 Report of Publications,Reports Feeding Intolerance, Myths of Homeless People and Hunger which states,"In many cities there is not enough facilities at soup kitchens to feed people 3 times a day 7 days a week. In many cities food pantries give only one box of food a month. Must have address,documentation for Food Stamps."

In Dream Denied and violations to Constitutional Rights anti-camping,anti-sleeping laws it states,"In many cities there is scarce shelter space."

Also in Dream Denied it lists cruel panhandling laws for homeless. In Pittsburgh,Pa one cannot panhandle 25 feet from a place of religious assembly nor 10 feet from bus stop or food vendor. In Atlanta, Ga Mayor Shirley Franklin issued Executive Order banning food providers from giving food to homeless in parks and public places. Although not legally sanctioned this has deterred many churches and many communities of faith from giving food to homeless." 2005

Also in Dream Denied it states,"In Houston,Texas Mayor Laura Miller has suggested to ticket people who donate to panhandlers since an overall ban on panhandling was not effective." City Council is considering this now. September 2005 Also a man was arrested when he was a Katrina evacuee and even the Atlanta,Ga City Council still pushed for the no panhandling ban even when Katrina caused many to be homeless. Just awful!

In Hawaii the city council has banned homeless from being on public property in whole state.

In Fresno,California they have put up a drunk tank with barbed wire surrounding area to put homeless on public display. All these above rules for food and shelter needs are terribly inhumane and cruel. Eva Hart July 29, 2008

In Dec 04 Report of Illegal to be Homeless in the National Coalition for the Homeless Report it states,"Unemployment is at peak levels and although nearly all cities still lack sufficient shelter beds and social services, the cities still continue to put in inhuman anti-panhandling laws."

Mr. Don Whitehead,Executive Director, for the National Coalition for the Homeless states,"We need to address the root causes of homelessness and provide affordable housing,livable wages,good healthcare for poor, and have Civil Rights protections."

Mr. Terry Messman of Street Spirit and published by American Friends Service Committeee in April 2005 states,"In last four years the National Coalition for the Homeless has stated that there have been 280 hate crimes against homeless with 131 murders. These crimes range from beheading to drowning to brutal stabbings and beatings for men and women." Google homeless in Berkeley,Ca then choose the murder of a homeless woman. Mr. Terry Messman states,"The media,radio talk show hosts,TV all with prejudice and bigotry influence the impressionable young to kill brutally the homeless with their anti-poor and bigoted rantings against poor." Mr. Terry Messman states these cruel inhuman panhandling laws cause him to see blood on hands of respected pillars of society with seemingly immaculate hands. I have never panhandled and I quit evil jobs, but these cruel food,shelter,panhandling laws are inhumane and Mr. Terry Messman of Street Spirit agrees with me in his Reports in newspaper.

Recently too in San Francisco they closed down Hamilton Methodist Church also known as Haight-Ashbury Food Program on 1525 Waller St.,Sfc their food lunch program T-F. Also another two day food place called Simply supper closed on Church St.,Sfc recently. Mother Brown's dinner closed about 4 months ago on Leavenworth St.,Sfc for a Saturday dinner each week due to lack of City funds. Mother Brown's still has a breakfast place way out far at Bayview Hunter's Pt a large territorial area which also has just one food and shelter place which puts you out all day cruelly so from their Church. Recently too they closed down two shelters as Marian Women's shelter at St. Anthony's and Ella Hill Hutch family shelter out in Western Addition area in San Francisco. This does not leave much food in downtown San Francisco and I am not aware of much food or shelter out yonder.

St. Anthony's women's shelter, Sfc also known as Marian Shelter located in past at 45 Jones St.,Sfc also was terrible for they put you out all day (called horrible by Vivian in Elliot Liebow,Jewish Anthropologist's, '93 book Tell Them Who I am and is just awful these shelters putting you out all day for one gets violent threats as I did once), gave you only fruit for breakfast, and no lockers and thus I left and made the courageous decision before God to leave so I could find a job. One cannot find a job if no contact with employers, others from a terrible our-all-day shelter like this and is a common awful practice. Also the medical clinic was horrible and psychotic since the doctors there knew homeless were on street and shelters put you out all day where one could be harmed, but said and did nothing not even appeal to the public for more money if it was needed. Bernie Ward (who now has admitted to and been arrested for distributing child pornography) who once worked at KGO radio station 810,Sfc as radio talk show host would raise money at Thanksgiving to give to St. Anthonys women's shelter called Marian also,but where did the money go? When I went to check out an ear problem and that I play the piano the doctors as Dr. Troy Kaji who use to work st SFGH ,Dr. Sonia Bledscoe who worked at SFGH Emergency room and volunteered at St. Anthony's medical clinic who made way out evaluations in 95 as I was getting A's in Word Processing Word Perfect 5.0,6.0,Windows new technique, Windows 95, Microsoft 3.0
and Lotus,I,2,3,Feb'95 and Excel in May 05,Microsoft Word in May 05 too as I did and she writes crippled invalid and I also with A's courageously walked with night street lights to Glide Church since it was only church training you in computers for this church is located in bad neighborhood, but I did it so I could get on with a job. Dr. Sonja Bledscoe worked at SFGH and I made a complaint against her to Dr. Kaji and the Director of Emergency room at San Francisco General, but he never answered and nor did the head of San Francisco General Hospital answer me either. Just awful for this pertained to painful hospital practices and lying cruel doctors writing evaluations without talking to patients as myself. Morshed III would write up psychiatric evaluations on patients when he is just a trainee. California Medical Board analysts Susan Cady,Lisa Laeber at the time said this is ok, but it is not ok since if have a broken leg this does not mean one has a mental problem and never was it mentioned I was down and out because I had quit evil,corrupt jobs where employers were stealing from customers. This shows they never talked to me about anything but what I mentioned as my ear problem. It turned out it was only a mild case of tinnitus, but a host of stupid psych evaluations,invasion of privacy of my Rights, and cruel inhuman punishment. Also Calif Medical Board,Sac did nothing of files getting mixed up and left records uncorrected with untrue medical facts in it. Lady who worked in file room at SFGH told me my files got mixed up and showed me the folder with a similar name as mine. It was Eve Hart not what my name is which is Eva Hart.

Just as with Cancer so one does not die one needs to attend to quickly an ear problem right away so one does not lose one's hearing not take out time for other psych evaluations. St. Anthony's was awful so you know I never said much of anything, but my medical concern of my hearing problem. I went because of a hearing concern nothing else. Other reasons I quit evil jobs was because of loyalty to my country, terrible bad language,etc. These jobs one had to quit right away smartly so. I submitted this to California Medical Board,many other medical people, but they did nothing including American Medical Asso., and The Cancer Society. They also do not correct mistakes on your medical record even if the know its a mistake and erase your records 7 years later, but keep lies on computer. Violation of Law. Beware of this! They did nothing of painful, awful hospital practices at San Francisco General Hosopital. Also if have malpractice lawsuit against SFGH county hospital, there is no other hospital to go to.
