I'm just a regular guy from the Chicago area who now resides in the great state of Washington and cares about this great nation we live in. I am not a published writer, nor have I had any success whatsoever blogging (besides about fifty readers, which I was honored to have). I lean to the left for sure, but I also think that BOTH parties are in need of watching. Our responsibilty as citizens is to be a part of our govt. right?

To pay attention, and act. THAT is our duty, no matter WHAT our political philosophy is.
