The point is, my friend, is that the Republicans shove the family values stuff in our faces despite the fact that many of them have less than scrupulous pasts. We're all just plain sick of it. Nope--The background story of his first marriage tells alot about his character--ruthless and sleazy. I believe that the Republicans have put forth another extremely flawed candidate. Like George W. Bush with his history of alcoholism and extreme immaturity (he was sloshed for 20 years while the rest of us were maturing), McCain appears to have a similar background sans the alcohol problem.
