Paul is a headhunter with the retained firm, Sanderson Mcleod, where he focuses on building exec teams for venture funded disruptive technology companies in software, biotech, medical device and clean tech.

Paul moved to Nashville, TN from Cleveland OH, to pursue his music career, after receiving his MS in Music from the Cleveland Institute of Music, Case Western. Currently living in Nashville with his wife and two young boys, Paul is still active in the music community writing, performing, and promoting his songs.
