Electing Sweetie

No - I voted for Kerry and Gore because each was the better candidate of their time.

I refused to vote for Bush because I don't like where he and his cronies stood on policy -- and never, like many, wanted to drink a beer with him. Guess time's shown me right on that one.

I'm voting for Obama because he's the better candidate with the better approach, extraordinarily organized and effective campaign and he's eons more credible than Hillary.

Go pay off her 20 million in debt if you want, since you're so hung up. Maybe that'll ease your inability to accept the woman has run a poor campaign. I'm sure you'd hate to see she and Bill lose any of the 100 million or whatever they're worth LOL.

I can't wait for the opportunity to elect a great and CREDIBLE WOMAN for President who doesn't fantasize in public time-and-again about dodging sniper bullets. She's blown so much of her goodwill and potential on STUPID LIES. I'm willing to accept that politicians and most humans tell some kind of lies sometime. But some lies are just too TOO DUMB to tell.

Between my 2 votes for Bill and her campaign's shenanigans and shoddy execution I am done with both of them.

I am so glad Obama really deserves the presidency so I can vote for someone this year and not just a lesser of evils.

True feminism doesn't hold you hostage to supporting women who are not credible. posted 05/16/2008 at 14:24:27

O Bubba, Where Art Thou?

I'm soooo curious to see -- should the time come -- will New York re-up her for senator. How long will their memories go back? The NY local/regional media should have a grand time reminding folks should that come to pass. posted 05/12/2008 at 20:15:54

Vanessa Williams To Graduate From College This Weekend

Ditto.

She's awesome. Wonderful actress, singer, blahdee, blah and such.

Nice seeing someone turn what could've been an a disaster in her early 20s into a better, truly wonderful life. posted 05/06/2008 at 19:59:15

Clinton Adviser Claims Indiana Slur Video Is Conspiracy

WRONG -- He says Indianan's are SH*T and it's taken from this documentary released here:

http://www.amazon.com/War-Room-James-Carville/dp/1573624578

IT'S CLEAR AND NOT DOCTORED.

He is sh*t for disrespecting a whole state of people. Whatever about the second part of his sentence I'm pissed about the first. That campaign's been notorious for writing off states they deemed "Unimportant" as if she's only running for president of the states she thinks are "big and "important." posted 05/02/2008 at 12:33:44

Take My Wife, Please: Angst and Ambivalence in the Clinton-Clinton Campaign

And how are we supposed to teach our children not to lie when there are split screens of her doing just that with the Bosnia incident all over youtube?

Hell no shee wouldn't get hired at most places - excellent point. I've heard others say just that and somehow for the Clintons it's: oh well they're politicians. Are you kidding me? Obama gets undue questions about things other people say, but we don't hold Clinton duelly responsible for garbage out HER OWN MOUTH?

Clinton supporters are the true cult here, based on this hypocritical disconnection from reality alone. posted 04/23/2008 at 18:48:59

Why Hillary Makes My Wife Scream

Ooooh...interesting indeed. Hillary ran me away a few over-the-top-even-for-a-politician lies ago. And since McCain turned on Women's Repro/Health rights and his Bush tax cuts position? I have no suitable alternatives to the very deserving Sen. Obama. It's just nice to actually have an accountable, grounded person running who's more forthright about mistakes and cleaning them up and real civic engagement.

So yeah, to your point, I'm voting for him in November. Period. posted 04/23/2008 at 18:37:06

Obama's got a better track record, run a better campaign, assembled a more competent team and will make a better President.

I'd only be a traitor to my gender if I DID vote for Hillary because the first female president shouldn't be someone be someone arrogantly dumb enough to lie about having to duck sniper bullets upon landing in Bosnia when videocameras were present showing you absolutely did not. Just doesn't represent we professional women well, let alone being a huge insult to those troops and secret service who protect her and all of us.

Obama's earned my vote. posted 04/21/2008 at 17:03:51

Far More Than "Bitter": Message from a Small Town Pennsylvanian

Anyone who finds something snarky to say about this woman's post has more than a few screws loose. I have no words, only hope that things will get better with so many citizens inspired to be active in our democracy, educate themselves about all sides of issues, and work toward consensus and balance.

God bless your family Mrs. Smithwick,

Clinton Slams Democratic Activists At Private Fundraiser

So, Clinton tells lies like she had to dodge sniper fire, when CBS videotape shows she didn't; gets criticized by David Trimble of Ireland for exaggerating or lying about a role in the Ireland peace process; calls states she lost in "not important"...and you're calling somebody else's supporters "stupid?"

Apparantly you don't realize how stupid that is LOL.

While many Clinton supporters are likely well-meaning people, too many are so unwarrantedly hostile toward anyone who disagrees with them about anything or simply likes Obama more for his own merits, that those Clinton supporters do as much harm to the party as Clinton herself. These particular Clinton supporters do not accountable for those very serious lies -- especially the sniper-dodging one because it insults troops who actually DO face snipers and lose lives and limbs protecting us.

If your candidate of choice was as "inevitable" as media once crowned her, she wouldn't have to lie and destroy her own party. I was looking forward to whomever got the nom out of Edwards, Obama , Clinton and working for either -- but she's made it impossible to supporter her, no one else.

So quit blaming others for the over-the-top lies and craziness coming out Clinton's own mouth. It really makes you look like the deluded cult you've accused others of being. Obama's supporters are much more realistic about holding him accountable, as he has been when fixing whatever messes he's had to deal with as every politician does. posted 04/19/2008 at 13:05:29

HE'S BACK: Bill Clinton's Campaign Remarks

You don't say? Ha! Makes two of us.

A supreme disappointment. Very unstatesman-like. He and his wife are 2 of the most tone-deaf, dishonorable politicians on the map.

No - the most beloved Democrat award has been with Al Gore for quite some time now.

Frankly, prior to Bill's behavior in this election invoking tired political attack-shift-blame tactics and turning me off with the unconstitutional 3rd term references to a 2-fer presidency? I may have called it a tie, but no.

Al Gore.
