4000 US Soldiers Killed In Iraq

All life is precious, but lets look at the Iraq War objectively. 4000 dead, while tragic for those who have lost loved ones, is an amazingly few number of dead in military history. That"s about ten times less than the number that dies in car crashes every year.

My father in law survived the battle of Stalingard where 1.5 million died and the battle of Kursk, where another 1 million died. Get a grip people.

Catholic-Bashing

Catholics are the target of many groups, because unlike other Christian religions, the Church will not bend on the current issues of the day such as homosexuality, abortion and opposition to radical Islam. Bill Maher, John Hagee and all others that frequently target Catholics will eventually fade, but the Church will remain. We"ve outlasted far worse.

Strong fair minded Christians, such as Roman Catholics, are the only thing standing between radical liberals and the wrath of Islam. So to those that would happily see the Church done away with, don"t be so anxious to see us go. You won"t like what replaces us. posted 03/22/2008 at 19:14:33
