No big news here. Sen. Obama when given time has demonstrated his ability to close the gap. Sen.Clinton has to win the remaining states by 60 or more percent to gain on delegates and popular votes and that doesn't seem to be happening. And i saw her trailing Sen. Is "Success" Of Iraq Surge About To Unravel?

Anyone who lives in a big metropolitan knows when local police patrol the beat and show their presence, crime and violence will be down. Of course the surge worked! I just wonder how Saddam who was a Sunni was able to have such control over Iraq which is predominately Shia and we can't get control over a few neighborhoods? Al Sadr wasn't even a factor till Saddam fell, Al Qaeda wasn't in Iraq till Saddam fell, and many U.S. soldiers still had their lives! Over 140,000 troops on the ground there and rockets are still landing in the Green Zone? We couldn't protect the U.S. Embassy in Kosovo, how can we protect one in Iraq without sufficient military presence? Al Sadr is obviously working out of Iran, and yet we never discuss trying to remove him from authority why? I'm curious, whenever there is a story on Obama that could potentially damage his campaign the media is all over it and play them on continual loops and usually is the main topic of discussion on the 24hr news networks, but when there are stories of either Clinton or McCain they get little or no play at all.

EXAMPLE: McCain ties to controversial ministers, his gaffe on confusing Iran with assisting Sunni militia, the fact that he is touring Europe and the Middle East with Lieberman an ex democratic senator and liberal.

Clinton's stories of being under sniper fire when visiting Bosnia with her then 16 year old daughter by her side when there is proof she wasn't, her own ties to controversial ministries, her taxes, and her First Lady schedule that has NOT proved her readiness as Commander in Chief.
