Teens who video themselves committing serious offenses, with plans to post the images no less, obviously aren't categorizing what they're doing as crime, with major consequences. I doubt any of the aggressors or lookouts thought, "Here's my opportunity to be a convicted felon." Getting the word out that, "Beating someone up is a crime that will derail your life, not a prank that will get you grounded," will help.
