In the 200 + years that this nation has been around there have been only 2 elected black governors. In terms of "who has power" in this country African Americans have very little. Are you historically illiterate? I am black and I don't blame anybody for my problems. We were given this World, we didn't make it; but we can change it. I see there is a real disconnect here. What glass jaw? I think this past week he has taken his lumps like a man and is still standing. My hope is that he and John McCain will run a respectable campaign against each other. In terms of the comment he made about typical white people, i think it was a poor choice of words but I think you should check out what Fox News anchor Chris Wallace had to say about the comment.
