McCain, Obama Battle Over Wary Evangelical Voters

"Most people"???? Maybe you and a couple of other uninformed people, but don't generalize. posted 06/10/2008 at 12:18:21

Barack Obama's Real Problem with the Jewish Vote

Well said, KISSME! I hope that Obama will have so many votes that it won't matter if Jews vote for him or not. Maybe then we will have a more balanced approach to the Middle East that serves our interests and not those of AIPAC. posted 06/10/2008 at 12:37:56

Jerusalem: Can Obama Walk the Walk?

I am sorry, but you can't spin this one. I am an Obama supporter myself, but he said what he said and what he said was wrong. He should not have said it. He either does not understand the issues in the Middle East, or he was pandering big time. No amount of spin is going to change that. posted 06/07/2008 at 10:39:44
I cringed when I heard Obama's statement on an "undivided Jerusalem" as capital of Israel. I thought that, either Obama needed to read more about the Middle East and he did not understand the consequences of what he was saying, or he had sunk to the level of most politicians, which is to pander and say anything to win votes. As an Obama supporter, I was so disappointed that I wrote him an email. I understand that he has to do some pandering in order to get elected, but he really did not have to go to that level of detail on such a sensitive issue, it was totally unnecessary, and he should have known better. posted 06/07/2008 at 07:49:42

Hillary And Bill: We Aren't Going Anywhere

So, phroso, anyone who does not agree with your point of view has "underdeveloped emotions". It sounds like you may be guilty of what you accuse Obama supporters. It is your right to support Hillary, and I respect that, and I don't feel the need to insult you in any way, even though I disgaree with you. Think about it, and tell me who has underdeveloped emotions, honestly! posted 03/29/2008 at 11:22:19

Obama and Palestine

In case my previous comment was not clear, the Israeli hope to have it all, and the refusal on the part of Israel to recognize the real grievances of the Palestinian people, I think will be Israels' downfall. posted 03/24/2008 at 11:11:12
A one-sided comment, obviously you are neither objective nor reasonable. People like you perpetuate the current situation, hoping to have it all and refusing to see the real grievances of the other side. Your own blindness, greed and lack of fairness will be your downfall in the end. Go read the Greek tragedies and learn something. posted 03/24/2008 at 11:04:52

Some Blues for Mr. Charlie: Obama's Moment of Truth

There are people who, once stuck on an idea, cannot change in spite of any evidence that contradicts what they want to believe. To do so would mean that they were wrong before, and their fragile egos cannot deal with that.
Preachers often use hyperbole to make a point. Rev. Wright is not running for president, and if he were running, I would not vote for him. To burden Obama with Wright's words is unfair and smacks of intellectual dishonesty. You have a right not to support Obama for whatever reason, but don't use Rev Wright as an excuse. Be honest with yourself as to the true reason.
