Tho' I never finished my Univ. studies, at least being exposed to how knowledge is organized, made my effort as student-of-life, make touting one's apathy wholly improbable. Judaism has me recognize my place in the temporal kingdom...my mother's side. My pentecostal father, makes me wonder at the convolutions of early America--knowing the relatively recent maniifestation of this version of protestantism. I don't have to go around the corner to find relevance in Islamic thought, due in part from a Chasid gone Islamic scholar/lax-professor, but fascinating man--my bro & I had at Univ of Ky. my blog is
