Although much of the USA did seem to be cooler, the Rockies were drastically warmer and probably made up the diference. The overall US temps were within .5 F I believe. Although the next few years could get interesting, we can't wait until 2015 or 16, when old folks are dyeing in droves, to do something more, even if its in vain.
