Bio
Lynna Kay Shuffield is a native Houstonian, an avid genealogist and historian. She is a graduate of the University of Houston-Downtown and attended 4-years of Navy ROTC at Rice University. She is a former Major, serving in the State Military Forces of Texas and graduated from Military Police Officer Basic and Advance courses as well as the U.S. Marine Corps Command & General Staff College. Lynna Kay lectures throughout Texas and the United States on topics related to genealogical & military research and Texas history. She has numerous books published related to these topics.
