Navy Denies Chelsea Clinton To Vieques, Puerto Rico

Hillary is the biggest LIAR caught on tape. Let's take a stroll down liars lane and hear it from the candidate herself:

Watch the whole thing. I especially like the way she can change accents depending on who she is talking to. posted 05/14/2008 at 19:03:13
Hillary is the democratic version of Mitt Rommney. I've got proof.
Hear it from her own lips.

Free Speech only applies to private citizens. She is a member of the Senate and a candidate for government office. The Hatch Act specifically states that no government buildings, grounds or supplies can be used for any reason other than government business. Campaigning must be done on the candidates own time with their own resources and purchased venues. posted 05/14/2008 at 18:57:00
Do you have that on tape? I do!!!!!

Hillary Clinton's Michigan/Florida Strategy: Keep The Dispute Alive

If you are going to quote SNL lines, why not use "Bitch is the new black"
At least the first word of that sentence is correct. posted 04/07/2008 at 15:07:14

Mark Penn Finally Fired

Hillary is a LIAR again. Mark Penn is not fired. He was on the morning conference call. They just did a clever bait and switch. Take away his "title" so the hounds will back off. But Penn is just as involved in the campaign as he ever was:
FROM TPM:

Demoted Hillary Clinton strategist Mark Penn may no longer have the coveted title of chief strategist, but he remains a key member of the campaign's senior staff.

Mr. Penn took part on the campaign's morning message call this morning, as usual.

This afternoon, he is also scheduled to be on a call with Clinton and other aides to begin to prepare for Saturday's presidential debate in Philadelphia.

Mr. Penn "is still going to be very much involved," a senior campaign official said.

Indeed, it is not clear precisely what Mr. Penn's title-change
entails, other than a public rebuke, although the official said that
"there is a difference between being in charge and being one of many
voices.

Why was this important detail left out? If Mark Penn is still participating in conference calls, dispensing strategic advice and polling, then he really wasn't kicked off the campaign, was he? He's still in the forefront, it seems, minus a proper campaign official title.

James Carville on Gov. Richardson's Endorsement of Barack Obama

We know another politician who valued loyalty above all else - GWB

As a matter of fact, he prized loyalty so much that he appointed these incompetent yes men to high ranking positions.

Think Hillary is any different? Just remember her campaign manager Patti Solis Doyle:

"As much as Clinton touts her own "executive experience" and judgment, she made Solis Doyle her campaign manager because of Solis Doyle"s loyalty, rather than her skill, despite a trail of available evidence suggesting she was unsuited for the role. "
"Solis Doyle was disastrous; her lack of skill in areas other than playing the loyal heavy began to show. The first public sign of this came just after Clinton"s reelection to the Senate. Even though Clinton had faced no serious opponent, it turned out that Solis Doyle, as campaign manager, had burned through more than $30 million. As this New York Times story makes clear, the donor base was incensed. Toward the end of the Senate campaign, Solis Doyle did her best to bolster the impression of the inevitability of Hillary"s nomination as the Democratic presidential candidate, spreading word that Clinton"s Senate reelection fund-raising had gone so exceptionally well that $40 million to $50 million would be left after Election Day to transfer to the incipient presidential campaign. But this turned out to be a wild exaggeration"and Solis Doyle must have known it was. Disclosure filings revealed a paltry $10 million in cash on hand; far from conveying Hillary"s inevitability, this had precisely the opposite effect, encouraging, rather than frightening off, potential challengers.

Rather than punish Solis Doyle or raise questions about her fitness to lead, Clinton chose her to manage the presidential campaign for reasons that should now be obvious: above all, Clinton prizes loyalty and discipline, and Solis Doyle demonstrated both traits, if little else. This suggests to me that for all the emphasis Clinton has placed on executive leadership in this campaign, her own approach is a lot closer to the current president"s than her supporters might like to admit.

Why Am I So Afraid

Oh Yeah, she is brave and steadfast. Stubborn and hard headed is more like it. We have a president like that.

When war protesters met with Hillary 2 weeks before the invasion. She admitted GWB was an idiot, but regardless of the cost in lives, the economy, and treasure, she defended her vote for the war as well as any NEOCON!

Hear it from her own lips:

What Barack Obama Could Not (and Should Not) Say

Sam,

I love your talks. As an agnostic myself I find truth in many of your presentations. Obama has tackled the role of religion and politics in a speech he gave in 2006. It is really a wonderful speech that attempts to reconcile faith in our pluralistic society.
EXCERPT:
"Democracy demands that the religiously motivated translate their concerns into universal, rather than religion-specific, values. It requires that their proposals be subject to argument, and amenable to reason. I may be opposed to abortion for religious reasons, but if I seek to pass a law banning the practice, I cannot simply point to the teachings of my church or evoke God's will. I have to explain why abortion violates some principle that is accessible to people of all faiths, including those with no faith at all.
"Now this is going to be difficult for some who believe in the inerrancy of the Bible, as many evangelicals do. But in a pluralistic democracy, we have no choice. Politics depends on our ability to persuade each other of common aims based on a common reality. It involves the compromise, the art of what's possible. At some fundamental level, religion does not allow for compromise. It's the art of the impossible. If God has spoken, then followers are expected to live up to God's edicts, regardless of the consequences. To base one's life on such uncompromising commitments may be sublime, but to base our policy making on such commitments would be a dangerous thing. And if you doubt that, let me give you an example." - Barack Obama 2006

He gave this speech in front of a church full of Christians! He has no problem facing serious emotionally charged issues for the common good and understanding.

Check out the speech every bit as good as the one on race:
