Retired housewife, mother of four grown children, life-long Democrat (although I've voted for the occasional Republican at times. Tend toward the liberal/progressive philosophy. Currently work as a professional free lance writer and a real estate sales person. Former teacher, community development specialist, and social worker. Opinionated. Roman Catholic, although I've always questioned much of church doctrine and practices. Consider myself a good citizen. Honest. Hard working daughter of socially-minded middle class parents.
