For a "progressive" website, there is a high level of censorship of speech in the comment policy. Blog authors can delete comments with no swear words, insults, threats, or other policy-violating behavior simply because the comment disagrees with them, or presents a side of an argument that the author chose not to address. No records of deleted comments are kept, and the policy seems to be applied on a whim. Is this progressivism then? I'm a real progressive, and I support free speech (putting me lightyears ahead of the Huffington Post).
