5/16/08---SHIRLEY ANN FISK....I'm a 57-year-old divorced white female, US citizen, and former US Army auditor (with 5 children, 4 grandchildren) I'm a person dealing with ID theft, cell phone problems, mail problems, e-mail and fax problems(like, they are being blocked/screened/intercepted) etc.
I arrived in Portland, Oregon on 5/3/08 and am now in Eugene, Oregon--as of 5/11/08.
5/13/08 rented a room nearby so I can find work and enroll at University of Oregon.

Now I have my own website but it is under construction......it is www.shirleyannfisk.com
I hope that I can solve some of the ID theft problems this way.
Anyway,
I have filed the document below with the USCA and also served my Motion for Reconsideration on all parties in Fisk v. Letterman, USCA, 2nd Circuit,
Case Number 07-4472-cv. Evidence has been and is being stolen from me out of my storage areas and out of my e-mail accounts, etc.
I tried to interest the CCR, ACLU, Senator Leahy & Congressman Conyers by e-mailing them copies (no response from anyone as of
.....................2:50pm today.............. except for a defense atty. asking for exhibits.)

And by the way....I have NEVER met or spoken to David Letterman. I have NEVER received any communication from him or a representative of his except for the law firm which represents all CBS Defendants in New York, Levine, Sullivan, et al--and they are very rude even when I went to the their office in person to deliver papers.

My Motion was denied but I'm leaving a few pages here until the website is completed. I can appeal to the Supreme Court.

I need an attorney!!!

Below is a copy of the first few pages, altered only because of limited space:

He's a cute kid.
I'm no expert on the subject of child-rearing but I believe that this child would benefit from a trip to a state prison. Take him on a little tour and show him what happens to young men who steal cars. Let him chat with a couple of inmates who have kids of their own.
My father worked at a California state prison so I got several trips out there. As a result, nobody can convince me to break the law.
I should have taken my own kids. posted 04/29/2008 at 13:31:11

"Well, in our country," said Alice, still panting a little, "you'd generally get to somewhere else " if you run very fast for a long time, as we've been doing."

"A slow sort of country!" said the Queen. "Now, here, you see, it takes all the running you can do, to keep in the same place. If you want to get somewhere else, you must run at least twice as fast as that!"
Thank you to Wikipedia for the quote.

Yes, a lot of MEN (not just white men) have tempers and a lot of WOMEN think it is normal and sort of attractive. In fact, women are constantly sicking their cranky spouses, brothers, or fathers on others. And it is kind of disgusting that women do this, but it's a fact. (I've done it)

Iraq Was Not A Preemptive War

4/10/08

OK. Hindsight is 20-20. "We" refers to the people who believed that there were WMDs and a means to deliver them in Iraq. "We" refers to a majority of Americans, I believe. "We" were watching when the case was made at the UN.
I am one of those people and I believed that Saddam would be "disarmed." I did not realize that we would be in Iraq for 5 years and talking about 100 years of war/occupation.

So you are probably smarter than I am and knew that the intelligence was bad, people were lying, etc. etc. Everything I knew about the situation I read in the newspaper or saw on TV. posted 04/10/2008 at 16:42:13

We refer to the Iraq War as a pre-emptive war because of the intelligence which was cited before the American public and the United Nations. I believe that President Bush was right when he said that the uninsured can just go to the ER-- a kind of "let them eat cake" attitude. I have been uninsured for years (except when enrolled at a university with a student health center) but I have never been turned away at an ER.
The problem with only having ER health care is that you never get your routine tests that would prevent emergencies which lead you to the ER. The ER healtcare plan turns out to be more expensive than a regular health care plan for the poor. posted 04/05/2008 at 13:12:00

1. I know my son is a great kid because he ALWAYS has been a great kid.
2. I hate to pick on the foster parents because Adam still lives with them and they are in their 80s.
3. Several doctors diagnosed him autistic because I applied for SSI benefits and SSA required opinions from several doctors.
4. His mother (me) is as tough as nails.
5. If you have never cared for a little autistic child, don't criticize the mother of an autistic child or special needs child. It's very difficult. I did a great job of preparing my son to be mainstreamed--I'd have to write a book to explain that to you. Maybe I will.
6. I don't yell.
7. No, it isn't lucky that my son was denied special education. No. No. No. Clarification of that answer would require me to write another book because you obviously don't understand anything about this issue, "maddogbitesback"

My son was diagnosed autistic when he was 2--after an extremely bad reaction to vaccines.

When he was 7 years old, Connecticut Department of Children and Families took him away from me and claimed that I caused his symptoms of autism (he was doing very well until they seized him and put him in foster care.) I had no drug or alcohol or child abuse issues and was examined by a shrink at their behest--no problems except that I was broke and somewhat traumatized by a divorce.

DCF claimed I kept my sons out of school purposely (and called it "neglect") when, in reality, Stamford, Connecticut public schools refused to accept them when I took them to enroll--no records, they said.

Long story short--my son is still in DCF custody after NINE YEARS and I am not allowed to even have an unsupervised visit with him because I argue and threaten DCF with lawsuits. I need an attorney.

By the way, my son was denied special education services but managed to succeed because he was mainstreamed. He's a great kid. This nightmare needs to end. posted 04/04/2008 at 14:10:36

Hey, have you seen the Late Show's "Great Moments in Presidential Speeches." Every night they find a clip of President Bush which is compared to speeches of JFK, FDR, and others. Funny. I'm sure George loves him for it.

If Hillary becomes President they can use the clip where she recalls dodging sniper fire and compare it to JFK talking about the PT-109.

Actually, they should start a "Great Moments in Presidential Campaign Speeches" and use it now. posted 04/06/2008 at 23:00:09

And I thought I was cynical....

I believe that Americans are now afraid of their own government--afraid to protest policies which can easily be turned on them. Whites as well as "non-whites" are at risk when people can and are being tormented in and out of custody.

Wake up. It is not only the people at Gitmo who are being tortured. There are more subtle ways of making a person's life a living hell than just waterboarding. posted 04/04/2008 at 08:49:40

RE: Clinton said of the Katrina disaster: "not just a national disgrace (but) an international embarrassment."

Well, by all means, lets not embarrass the USA. The cost in terms of human life are not a consideration?

The woman thinks in terms of money and prestige only--the reason we are still losing soldiers in Iraq. And the cost to the Iraqi people is immeasurable.

In my opinion, it is worth a little embarrassment to correct our errors abroad and restore democracy in the USA. posted 03/31/2008 at 12:09:41

Yes, it is your business and my business because Hillary is running for President.

The only way somebody could "misspeak" about sniper fire is if they had been exposed to sniper fire elsewhere and just confused the locations of it. I don't believe Hillary was ever exposed to sniper fire, therefore she did not misspeak, she just lied.

And why does Chelsea feel the need to lie as well? Sad. posted 03/29/2008 at 15:47:06
