We're one of 18,000 couples that were married in California. The "sanctity of marriage" diatribe is a lie promoted by religious zealots, homophobes and bigots. Our marriage has not caused a single negative effect on society. How would you feel if the public got to vote on whether or not you could get married? My guess is, you wouldn't.
