no, we understand supply and demand. just don't hide behind supply and demand when the economy of the us and the world is quite a bit more sophisticated than just "supply and demand". to understand how speculators are hurting oil prices, you have only to look at the price of heating oil in the us. no one's using it because it's summertime. the inventory is high and not being tapped. and yet, the price keeps going up? why? there's plenty of supple and no demand. where's the supply and demand answer? posted 06/23/2008 at 12:53:07
