Is there a muzzle on the MSM preventing them from reporting anything at all regarding Hillary Clinton's involvement in a major lawsuit? Has the MSM been slapped with some type of gag order or is it voluntary? Why is Hillary's lawsuit being given the kid-glove treatment by MSM? Why is kept out of the spotlight? Americans have the right to know the truth about our elected officials, especially one running for the highest office in the land who is a party to the the largest election law fraud in history,

"HILLARY WILL NOT BE DEPOSED until AFTER the election (!) ...

Judge Aurelio Munoz, who appears rather friendly with Clinton attorney David Kendall, requested that Kendall say hello to a friend named Bill at Kendall's firm, Connolly and Williams. Munoz went to law school with him. Isn't that nice.

Even though Hillary will be delayed, there will be numerous witnesses who have important things to say. They include defendants former President Bill Clinton...Chelsea Clinton, former Vice President Al Gore, Gov. Ed Rendell...Patti Solis Doyle, LARRY KING...and many others.

Even before her testimony, the voters will learn about her obstruction of justice and the false FEC reporting."

Parsley, Hagee, and I'm afraid a growing number of televangelicals are nothing more than Republican religious hatemongers whose top priortiy is enlisting their church members in the Republican Party while screaming Jesus.

"Before John McCain's tour of duty in Vietnam, he married Carol Shepp, a model from Philadelphia. On his 23rd bombing mission over North Vietnam in 1967, McCain was shot down and captured.
While he was imprisoned, Carol was in an auto wreck (1969), thrown through her car's windshield and left seriously injured. Despite her injures, she refused to allow her POW husband to be notified about her condition, fearing that such news would not be good for him while he was being held prisoner.

"When McCain returned to the United States in 1973 after more than five years as a prisoner of war, he found his wife was a different person. The accident "left her 4 inches shorter and on crutches, and she had gained a good deal of weight..."

In his book, The Nightingale's Song, Robert Timberg chronicled McCain's post-Vietnam military assignments and some of his "adulterous" behavior leading to his divorce from Carol and marriage to Cindy Hensley..." http://www.usvetdsp.com/mcaindiv.htm

Olbermann To Bush: "This War Is Not About You...Shut The Hell Up!"

Absolutely agree. Those press conferences would be a lot of fun. KO truly deserves first shot at the title. The question is whether or not he considers the perks and job satisfaction enough to compensate for the huge cut in salary - $4 milion (?) vs six figures. Of course, he could eventually make up for it by writing a book and giving us the inside scoop. It would a fun ride for him and us. posted 05/15/2008 at 02:55:20
I love Keith Olberman. He's my favorite news anchor. I feel the same way he does about the war. Only in America can we speak against our nation's leader in this way. I feel the office of the president deserves more respect than for our newsmen to publicly tell our nation's president to shut the **** up. I understand where Olberman is coming from. But there's a fine line between anger and baseness. I hope the actions of our enemies don't cause us to sink to their level and we become as vile and ugly in our behavior as the people we deplore. posted 05/15/2008 at 01:33:30

Rendell: Obama Should Pick Clinton As VP

Exactly. posted 05/14/2008 at 17:29:19
I believe in where there's smoke, there's fire. In 1964, President Kennedy was murdered in Dallas, TX, and VP Lyndon Johnson, a Texan, became president after the head of Kennedy's Dallas security detail was mysteriously replaced despite that security chief's opposition. According to Kennedy's secretary who was in the room, the VP offer to Johnson was merely a courtesy offer and both John & Bobby Kennedy were shocked and shaken to the core when Johnson accepted the offer as Johnson and Kennedy were totally at odds with each other, with much bitter blood between them. In other words, Kennedy didn't think Johnson would accept the offer. Athough a "conspiracy theory," there is sufficient material for me to consider the possiblity that Johnson may well have been involved in the "plot" to murder Kennedy. They're also considered "rumors," but far too many Clinton "friends and enemies" (at last count around 50?) have wound up in the morgue under mysterious circumstances to warrant any good feelings about offering the VP slot to Hillary. Coincidental? How many people do you know who died or were murdered under such mysterious circumstances? http://www.zpub.com/un/un-bc-body.html

Houston, we have a problem. Racists would never vote for a black man even without the Wright or bitter smoke screens. I believe there was an election year where many blacks sat it out and the Dems lost. With what is now known as the Appalachian vote and Obama's not appealing to that segment, has anyone compared that segment with the number of registered black voters to see which segment is greater? Gallup polls are a "snapshot" of around 1000 voters. I haven't polled nearly that many blacks, but the ones I've spoken with have all but one -- and that was fairly early in the game so I'm not sure where he stands now -- stated that if Obama won the nomination in a fair process and it were handed to Clinton, they would either not vote or vote a McCain protest vote. It seems many blacks have no allegiance to the Democratic party or have no interest in "saving the party." They generally turn out in large numbers to vote because they sincerely like a candidate as is the case with Obama and with Bill Clinton. I have a _teacher_ friend who is black who hasn't voted in years but voted for Obama in the primary and said she will not vote in the GE if the nomination is handed to Hillary. Hillary may have the majority of Appalacian votes, but can she win the GE without the 100% support of black voters? posted 05/14/2008 at 13:36:01

She is not a leader and is so polarizing and nonconciliatory that she would further divide Dems & Repubs to an even greater degree than her husband Bill did. As Majority Leader, she would also divide her own party and would rule by creating a climate of fear and retaliation. She could not get others to work with her to pass healthcare reform the first time, even with Bill as president. If the Democrats survive the election, it will be despite Hillary's overt attempts to destroy everything the party stands for in forcing them to play ball her way or no way. Her racist undertones and comments may be the beginning of the ruin of the Democratic party. She defied the DNC rules that she herself signed and approved regarding Florida & Michigan. She is coldly unethical. Can you imagine how poisonous she would be as the Senate Majority Leader? She represents the worst of dirty politics. She would bring the country to another political gridlock. So many Christian hypocrites that the term is almost meaningless. But I do think there is sooooo much ignorance in places like W. Va. and Kentucky to justify flooding the market in those states with his declaration of his faith and outright denials that he is a Muslim. A Muslim, no matter what his political motives, would NEVER claim Jesus Christ is God and Lord or deny he is a Muslim. Most people in those states probably sit on porches and at fairs passing around misinformation and lies generated by people like the Clintons. They more than likely don't read much or keep up with political news (not counting Fox). Can you blame them if they remain the way they are? Even though I rejected Bill Clinton's morals, I was fed up with Republican hypocrisy, especially their lack of concern for the poor and the awful hate stances of evangelicals. As a Christian, I couldn't understand why they didn't reach out to Clinton after his fall from from grace and why their faces turn beet red with anger when talking about their favorite topic, politics. So many of them began to be caught in adulterous/homosexual affairs themselves. Although the Bible condemns homosexuality (as well as lying, adultery, fornication, hatred of our fellow man, drunkenness, murder, etc.), the Bible says more about the downtrodden, the poor, social justice, compassion and speaking out for the oppressed, than about homosexuals or murder. Most think Sodom & Gomorrah were destroyed because of homosexuality. Here's what the Bible says: "This is what your sister Sodom has done wrong. She and her daughters were proud that they had plenty of food and had peace and security. They didn't help the poor and the needy. They were arrogant and did disgusting things in front of me. So I did away with them when I saw this." (Ezekiel 16:49-50) I don't agree with everything Dems stand for but I don't agree with all my church's views either. posted 05/11/2008 at 22:22:09

Asked if he might consider such a move later, Obama said: "Historically, after a campaign is done and you want to unify the party, particularly when you've had a strong opponent, you want to make sure that you're putting that opponent in a strong position so that they can work to win an election in November. Obama Vice President Picks: Who Are The Frontrunners?

"More remarkable still, Democrats supporting Mr. Obama had a revelation about Clintonian mores. David Geffen, channeling William Safire, declared that "everybody in politics lies," but the Clintons "do it with such ease, it's troubling." Ted Kennedy was shocked to see the Clintons play the race card in South Carolina. The media discovered their secrecy over tax records and Clinton Foundation donors, while columnists were appalled to hear her assail Mr. Obama for his associations with radical bomber William Ayers. Listen closely and you could almost hear Bob Dole asking, "Where's the outrage?"

"By the time Mrs. Clinton made her famous claim about dodging Bosnian sniper fire, Democrats and their media friends no longer called it a mere gaffe, as they once might have. This time the remark was said to be emblematic of her entire political career. The same folks who had believed her about Whitewater and the rest now claimed she never tells the truth about anything.

"As the scales suddenly fell from liberal eyes, the most striking statistic was the one in this week's North Carolina exit poll. Asked if they considered Mrs. Clinton "honest and trustworthy," no fewer than 50% of Democratic primary voters said she was not. In Indiana, the figure was merely 45%."

Hillary Clinton and the Veepstakes -- a Logical Move for Her

Hillary is divisive, polarizing and self-seeking. I wouldn't be surprised if she is now demanding behind the scenes to be given the VP slot or else. Putting her on his ticket is like the black guy on the Apprentice show who was insulted when asked to share the honor with the female runnerup. Anybody but Hillary would be acceptable. Hillary represents the old schol of dirty, gutter politics as usual. Isn't that what Obama was making his case against? Is it about his being elected president or about his being a president of change? What are her qualifications to lead this country. She lacks judgment and any sense of economic reality. "Economists are "as close to unanimous as you can get" in viewing the proposal as a "horrible idea," said Joseph J. Doyle Jr., a Massachusetts Institute of Technology economist who has studied gas tax holidays. Hillary dismisses them all as "elitist." She is economically-challenged, shows poor management skills and bankrupted her campaign. She's a deadbeat who owes well over $10 million in debt and then some. She brought no jobs to New Yorkers though she promised them 200,000 jobs when running for senator. She promises everything but could never deliver on anything. In her eyes, dodging sniper fire was the only significant accomplishment she could claim considering her 35 years of experience.

Obama always speaks so highly of Hillary. Putting her on his ticket seems like political masochism. posted 05/08/2008 at 21:18:20

Does every argument you people have against Obama begin, include and end with Jeremiah Wright? The fact is, Barack is not above such things. He just refused to use the race card from Day 1. Comments extracted from a very good article written on 4/24/08:

"...Hillary defeated Obama by 9.2 percentage points. Obama lost Pennsylvania whites to Clinton 62 percent to 38 percent...He also lost among whites who don"t have a college degree.

...The year"s primary and caucus results, from Iowa through Pennsylvania, show that, from the beginning, Obama has had a strong cadre of white support.

... in Pennsylvania, he actually increased his white vote from what it had been in March in Ohio....

Figures compiled by William Saletan in Slate showed Obama winning 53 percent of the white vote in Wisconsin, 42 percent in Maryland, 44 percent in Virginia and a total of 41 percent on Super Tuesday. ...Obama received more white votes than Clinton in California and tied her in Connecticut. One of his lowest white vote totals came earlier in the primary season in South Carolina, where his 24 percent was considered at the time to be a respectable showing.

... But if we use education as a blue-collar measure, the exit poll results show Clinton beat Obama among those with no college degree 58 percent to 42 percent...

This compilation of white votes...show that the white Obama supporters would be part of a strong coalition if Obama faces Sen. John McCain in the fall. What Obama can do that Clinton "hasn"t been able to do is attract independent voters, attract younger voters,"

Apples to What?

Gallup says Obama's support with white voters is similar to Kerry's. But is comparing Obama's support from a poll in early May, before a single shot has been fired in the general election, with Kerry's support from the exit polls of the 2004 race really apples to apples? It's perfectly possible Obama will meet or exceed Kerry's support among white voters in 2004. It's also possible he won't. Therein lies the point: six months before the election this seems like a nearly meaningless comparison.

I admired Pelosi at one point. She and Dean cave in to the Clinton dictates because they're afraid of losing their millionaire fundraiser base. The real leaders of the old Democratic party are Hillary&Bill. Pelosi and Dean don't get it that as easily as Obama raised record millions, millions could also be raised by Democratic party without the Clinton bullies. If their money base is that strong, why did Hillary loan herself nearly $12 million and yet still owes her creditors more than $10 million with apparently no intention of paying back those small business owners who now must hire lawyers to try to get their money. That's not fair, no matter how you cut it. Where does she think the money will come from to pay for maintenance/contruction of highways and bridges if there is a "holiday tax" on gas? Will that stop the oil companies from raising prices? Where will the money come from to pay for across-the-board mandatory government-paid healthcare even for the wealthy and those who can afford some of the cost? No forethought.. As president, Hillary would bankrupt the nation like she bankrupted her campaign with her economic brainlessness and promising mathematically-challenged supporters anything to win. She did not bring New Yorkers the 200,000 jobs she promised when running for Senator. She hasn't done anything to benefit the people of New York or the people of the U.S. as congresswoman.

Are you interested in name-calling, mud-slinging and throwing around lies like sniper fire or do you want the truth?

Even people who hide under white sheets should take time to research the facts instead of feeding on lies/false information.

Fox News, etc., bought all the tapes at Trinity trying to dig out more inflammatory statements by Wright, which they couldn't find. Here are the statements taken from Wright's sermon in 2001 that Obama said he had never heard prior to the sound bites on Fox :

1. "God d**n America."

2. "No one has ever called Hillary Clinton a n***a."

3. "The chicken's have come home to roost" (taken from the former ambassador to Iraq who had made such a statement on Fox News the day before Wright's now infamous sermon of 2001.)

Obama's church is not Marxist. Where have you read that? Ignorant rumor.

Have you bothered to research Hillary's church, The Family/Fellowhip? It is a cult. If you had bothered to research her church, you would have found out her church admires and reached out to Adolph Hitler and espouses the teachings of Karl Marx and other Communists as well as some of the teachings of Christ.

Wright was a Marine.

Obama is not a Muslim, no matter how many times it is repeated. No evidence whatsoever. He graduated from Columbia University and Harvard Law School. Since high school, his extracurricular activities have included basketball. Another ignorant rumor. posted 05/06/2008 at 19:46:22
Can Americans be proud of a president who has been caught in farfetched lies such as ducking sniper fire or denying contributions received from Peter Paul, her biggest contributor and fundraiser? A cheater, Hillary signed a pledge that Florida/Michigan votes would not count but now wants to change the rules because she's losing. She wants to change the number of delegates needed to win from 2,025 set by the DNC's rules to 2,208. Did she deliver on her 200,000 jobs promised to New York? Did she accomplish ANYTHING in Congress? Hillary is a polarizing figure. She couldn't get healthcare reform passed with Bill because she alienated her peers. Does that classify as a leader? She can't manage a campaign. Can't or doesn't pay her bills. Lies like a bandit. Obama worked on several bills with Sen. Richard Lugar, a 5-term Republican. He ran a very successful campaign from Day 1. He's a proven uniter.

America started a downward spiral when President Clinton lied about Monica Lewinsky, which cost $7 million and brought the country to a standstill. Bush's WMD lies cost 4000 soldiers' and over 90,000 Iraqi lives thus far. Hillary "will obliterate Iran." McCain said, "BombBombBomb Iran." Obama says, let's talk first. Would you rather have an overt liar who lies for the sport of it? Will she sell your votes for politcial/personal gain?

Overwhelming Majority See Gas Tax Suspension As Political Ploy

Win or lose, a decent person stands by her word. Hillary agreed with the DNC that Florida/Michigan votes would not count. She is ruthless, and people who support her share the same character traits. She is a serial liar who has been caught in so many lies the press has lost count. Her supporters consider her compulsive lying a virtue or they would find her habitual, overt lying disturbing and repulsive. What kind of people support her? They have effectively destroyed the Democratic Party. Should Hillary & thugs succeed in shoving their unethical agenda down our throats, I'll no longer consider myself a Democrat and couldn't care less what other Democrats think. I will NEVER vote for Hillary. Bush is a puppet, but Hillary is a morally-depraved Karl Rove. The Democrat Party is no longer the party of the people, but the party of Clinton crooks and liars. I've already cast my vote in Indiana and it was probably the last vote I will ever cast on a Democratic ticket should Hillary get the Democratic nomination handed to her. If living, I will likely vote for an independent in 2012. If Obama loses the Democratic nomination but decides to run again in 2012 as an independent, he's got my vote. I've voted for two Republican presidents as a registered Democrat. Both parties leave a bitter taste in my mouth. America is overdue for another major party. Decent, upright, honest, fair-minded, Constitution-loving Americans deserve better. posted 05/05/2008 at 14:39:24

Spinning? Fine. Spinning AND Lying? Not Cool.

The things taken from Rev. Wright's sound bites that Obama said he never previously heard Rev.Wright say :

2. "No one has ever called Hillary Clinton a n***a."

3. "The chicken's have come home to roost" (taken from the former ambassador to Iraq who had made such a statement on Fox News the day before Wright's now infamous sermon of 2001.

I dare to ask you how many hate speeches you have taken part in yourself or have sat in on and didn't walk out, but like you I doubt I would get an honest answer. Would hypocritical and self-righteous then describe you or is that a totally inaccurate and unfair assessment? My apologies if I am wrong. posted 05/05/2008 at 18:55:23
He's innocent until proven guilty. You just assume he's lying because apparently you think he share's Hillary's outrageous propensity for lying. Clinton Gas Tax Holiday: Hillary Attacks Economists

In the same way Hillary was unable to get health care reform passed when she had the opportunity under her husband's administration because she could not get people to work with her, she could not run a successful campaign, she cannot pay her bills, and she cannot figure out how to win without lying/distorting the truth. She is a poor leader. Obama has successfully worked with Sen. Richard Lugar, a five-term Republican, on several bills. Under Bill, Hillary could not get anyone in congress to work with her. She voted for the Iraq war and now threatens to obliterate the people of Iran. And what about her cult church (The Fellowship), a church who admires and reached out to Hitler? Hillary's demonstrated that she is a pathological liar who was caught ON TAPE in an outrageous lie about dodging sniper fire just to win an election or denying receiving contributions from Peter Paul when the event was also ON TAPE? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xq8aopATYyw&feature=related

What else is she lying about? She and Bill operate through cunning manipulation and deceit. America once stood for something great and positive. President Bill Clinton started the downward spiral with his Monica Lewinsky lie, causing taxpayers $7 million and bringing the country to a standstill. Followed by President Bush with his lies about weapons of mass destruction. Do Americans want more of the same? With Obama, it's a "might." With Hillary or McCain, it's a "given." posted 05/04/2008 at 13:03:01

Coffeecups and Gutterballs: A Precision Media Hit On Obama, A Pass For Clinton

I'm sure the Obama campaign has a plan and considering the odds, they're doing an awesome job. But this is not kiddie tyme politics, and it just seems to me the campaign is doing themselves and Americans a disservice by not exposing the truth so that Americans can see the total picture and decide if they've had enough. Does the campaign actually believe the majority of meathead Americans will try to dig out the truth for themselves? Or do they somehow believe the media will apologetically come clean when all it's ever done is give us the news it wants us to hear? Let's get out of LaLa Land. Taking the high road does not mean one cannot deliver an uppercut to the jaw without going below the belt. Unless we're doing the Ghandi thing, this is a fight. If the Obama camp doesn't take responsibility for presenting the facts with the millions of dollars it has at its disposal, then don't blame the media.

Excerpts from Rev. Jeremiah Wright Interview with Bill Moyers

There's nothing wrong with being called a politician unless you are NOT a politician. Obama IS a politican and a politician has to word his statements very carefully, especially a politician like Obama who is attacked for every word that comes out his mouth. Hillary and McCain can spout off the mouth about anything from running under sniper fire to calling your wife a cunt in public, and it soon becomes a non-issue without delving into their horrible psyches. Wright did understand this and defended Obama as honestly and directly as he could without throwing Obama under the bus. Glad Obama's not caving in to the flag pin thing-y for the sole purpose of winning votes (which he wouldn't have gotten from those people anyway), just like he wouldn't cave in and toss his beloved, much adimired Pastor under the bus in spite of Wright's radical, over-the-top comments. I heard ABC, Fox and others bought all of Trinity Church's videos and tapes to search for more "dirt," but those bytes they played ad nauseum were all they could come up with. Probably found too much good stuff the man said. Obama is not a hypocrite who will say or do anything to get the votes. He's got backbone. posted 04/24/2008 at 02:01:20
Obama quit? Because he's black and people like you won't vote for him? The rules to which your candidate agreed before finding out she was losing were that Florida's and Michigan's primary votes would not count. Well and good, she said then. Because she is losing, NOW she wants to change the rules midway in the game. Children call it "cheating."

Obama is supported by intelligent white people who have no bitter axe to grind. Should their votes not count because it hurts Hillary's chances of winning? Those people do not believe, as Jon Stewart pointed out, that Obama will enslave all white people once he gets in the White House. Not all blacks are voting for Obama. Some don't think he's good enough either.

Obama quit because of 15% racist voters? He's aiming for the 85% non-racists. Hillary's banking on those 15%. At least half of them will vote McCain. Many of the Pennsylvania voters were 'Pub crossovers who will vote 'Pub in the GE.

25% Hillary supporters won't vote for Obama, leaving 75%. Should 25% Obama black supporters stay home or vote McCain in protest, how many votes can Hillary get? McCain says he's reaching out to Blacks--smelling a fallout. He couldn"t be any worse than what Clintons have done and said behind closed doors and publicly. They weren't supposed to be the enemy.

It's not about getting a Dem, a Pub, a white woman or black man in the White House. It's about principles. posted 04/24/2008 at 00:26:33
