I think that richardson's endorsement came at ths time because othe primaries in Puerto Rco and th delegates from PR. Richardson is probanly going to PR with BHOto speak in spanish to te delegates andd the voters. PR is pro Hillaryand she is getting most of the delegates. Pueerto Ricans in PR and those in the mainald, particularly in New York, are Clinton lovers..the Clintons have done a lot for them.
