It may seem level headed thinking but putting neofascist Clinton together with Obama on a ticket will stop voters from turning out. She has done well so far. And holding off to hold the administration accountable is something we have to do. The American Bar Association says with the current legal system no one has legal standing in any court of law to sue or prosecute Bush for his use of presidential signing statements to blatantly disregard the law in favor of corporate dictated practices. True the tent cities in LA have men, women and children of all colors and ages. But that is California where the class gaps dont necessarily fall along racial lines as much as they do say in the South where towns still have signs that say "whites served here." Sadly class gaps in the US still fall largely along racial lines in general dictating victimization of "people of color" by predatory lending practices simply because snooty banks dont like lending to people without massive income, good credit, net worth etc. But the sleazy banks are all for it and they are the first to screw people over in this credit crunch. So there is scenario in which you could say the sub prime mortgage fiasco disproportionally affects "people of color."

Hell yeah Richardson! I loved all of Richardsons positions and figured the people wouldn't give him a chance because of his perceived inexperience. He also didn't come across too well while speaking but the man had great positions and ideals. He has done wonders with New Mexico. I am so happy he endorsed Obama.
