Ed Rendell, Clinton Surrogate, Passionately Praised Farrakhan In 1997

I never heard Rendell praise Farrakhan. He praises the nation of islam, but unless I missed something, I didn't hear him praise Farrakhan?

Obama does have direct ties to Farrakhan, he helped him organize MMM. posted 04/21/2008 at 14:31:34

Clinton Hospital Story May Actually Be True

Almost three people a day die in North Carolina for lack of health insurance, a medical-consumer nonprofit group reported Friday.

An estimated 210 working-age West Virginians die prematurely each year because they don't have health insurance, according to a report released Tuesday.
http://wvgazette.com/News/200803180653

These are scary numbers when you consider that 47 million Americans don't have health insurance. That's 47 million people who are taking a chance, whether by circumstance or because they have no choice, that they won't become seriously ill; 47 million who may have to rely on emergency rooms if they do; 47 million who don't have the luxury of calling their family doctor to ask about a pain in their chest, or a lump in their breast. They just have to grin and bear it, or hope that it's nothing.

However, you can read the whole story here, about Trina.
http://noquarterusa.net/blog/2008/04/07/the-real-trina-bachtel-story/

Regardless of whether this story is 100% true (which Hillary thought it was, since the sherrif sat on the couch with her and told it to her, and it is looking very much like it is 100% true), hundreds of people die every year because they do not have health insurance.

So, the media, instead of jumping at a chance to slam Clinton, could have done a story on the hundreds that DO die every year.

Like Manny Lanza who was denied a surgery because he didn't have health insurance. He died. Now they have Manny's law.

Or Delbert Davis, who incurred hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical debts, declared bankruptcy and ultimately died because he wasn't able to get insurance or self-pay for a liver transplant.

rmetz74 - i very possibly missed news of the Supreme Courts decision regarding the re-votes. My, I thought internet, was down for three days, and after numerous calls to the helpline, i finally figured out (i thought) that it was my router. So, after buying a new one, and installing it, I realized it was our filter for the phone. So, all week, (except Friday, when I was at a funeral) I did not have access, or very minimum access all week.

regardless of that decision, everything the week before said Obama was blocking all resolutions. So, i will try and find the links you said you posted, and read about it, but I think that you should also read all the links i provided that said Obama WAS in fact blocking any resolutions. posted 04/01/2008 at 06:37:41

i thought the discussion was going pretty well for a while, but then, as usual, attacks were aimed at me. i am not running for president. i am stating an opinion, and supporting my opinions. i do not deserve to be attacked for discussing a politician. serisously, you people scare me. you are so angry and hateful. posted 03/31/2008 at 21:39:44

wright has insulted jews, women, whites, our coutry, italians, and the clintons. he is a bigot and a hater. obama spent a year telling us how important wright is to him. now that he was forced to, he condemend the remarks.

he is a fabricated candidate and that began when he was in the state senate, and he was *made* a US senator. He has done virtually nothing but run for office, and take credit for bills he did not write or have anything to do with.

his big claims to fame are his speech he gave in a blue district before he even announced he was running for US senator, that wasn't even news worthy at the time.
