I believe that everyone in this country should take an interest in supporting gun control efforts, such as those proposed by the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence, Ceasefire groups, Violence Policy Center, Joyce Foundation, etc. ~ either through donations, volunteerism, &/or supporting bills like the important "Assault Weapons Reauthorization Act of 2008," if they too wish to keep our communities (esp. our kids & families) safer.
