Executive coach and podcaster The Get-it-Done Guy (http://getitdone.quickanddirtytips.com), Stever co-founded early internet success FTP Software, and has been a part of nine high-tech start-ups and four IPOs. At pre-public Intuit, he co-led the development of the award-winning Quicken VISA Card.
Stever co-designed Harvard Business School's "Foundations" program and has advised and mentored senior managers in several high-growth companies. He has written about leadership in his book, "It Takes a Lot More than Attitude," and in columns on Entrepreneur.com and HBS's Working Knowledge site.
As angel investor and advisor to several young companies, Stever has also consulted on strategy and served as a judge for business plan competitions at Harvard Business School and Brown University. He has also served as a mentor for the MIT $50K Competition.
He has an MBA from Harvard, a BS from MIT, and trained in Total Quality with W. Edwards Deming. He is a Certified Master Trainer Elite of NLP. Media appearances include USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, NBC Nightly News, CNN-fn, The New York Times, and others.
Hobbies include comedy improv, swing dancing, singing, interactive theater, NLP, and writing about himself in the third person.
