Karl Rove's Advice For Barack Obama

If you noticed, Rove brought up several Repub. talking points while giving Obama 'advice'. Rove, like the Clintons, are in love with the tired, old red state/blue state strategy. One of the reasons that guys like Rove are nervous is because Obama has a chance to do well in states like Indiana, Virginia and the Carolinas, as well as Nevada and yes, Arizona. They're scared sh*^less, in fact. posted 04/27/2008 at 10:10:00

Democrats Fear Clinton's Attacks May Cause Racial Backlash

What about (former) Clinton supporters who felt used when Hillary kissed Mellon Scaife's backside? Or feel disgusted when Bill goes to white, rural North Carolina and indulges in race-baiting? Or are pissed when the Clintons ridicule every state that Obama wins as 'unimportant' based on the Clinton/Rove red state-blue state crap of yesteryear?

It's easy to write off Obama supporters as kool-aid drinking morons, but that's not the case. A lot of us Clinton90s supporters are just tired of the game--and of one-sided loyalty. posted 04/26/2008 at 20:45:29

I agree with the first part of your post but not the second. While it's true that many Hillary supporters still suffer from Clinfluenza (a condition I didn't completely recover from until I saw Hil lip-lock Mellon Scaife), I don't think that the Clintons are neocons--just DLC Democrats. Nor do I think that Fox News supports them--each side is using the other: Fox News wants as much blood on the floor as possible (and Conservatives like Scaife fear the X factor--Obama) while Hillary, desperate to compensate for the huge money gap, is using any media outlet that gives her even a temporary kindness. posted 04/21/2008 at 07:59:11

There is a reason that the Clintons are so mistrusted by the super delegates. It's because the Clintons have never shown any concern for their party. None. They were more concerned with their success--fellow Democratic politicians be damned. Their actions and 'personal' distractions destroyed the Dem. hold on the house and senate, and all they cared about was whether they 'won'. To quote a long-time (now former) supporter: 'The Clintons are always there when they need you'. There is no reason to assume, based on her campaign's post-Rove strategy, that anything has changed. posted 04/20/2008 at 13:00:57
