Victor Bond is the President of ChangeNet, Inc. (www.changenet.net), which has provided strategy, change management and organizational communications support to private and public sector institutions for over fifteen years.
Victor has developed strategy and managed organizational change for over thirty years, as an executive with large corporations and as a consultant to organizations of all kinds. He is a U.S. citizen based in Brussels, Belgium.
He is the author of The Pachyderm Problem, a modern metaphor for change in our time, and of Change Generation, a handbook for creating positive organizational change.
He was a systems engineer, salesman and marketing and strategy executive at IBM for over fifteen years.
He was active in the civil rights and student movements in the 70's and is still committed to social change at all levels.
