5 Simple Juices and Smoothies to Help You Detox

On a daily basis, your body is bombarded with huge amounts of toxins. These five simple juices and smoothies will provide your body with the vital nutrients and fiber needed to assist in the detoxification and elimination process.

Morning Energizer

Ingredients:

8-ounce warm water
1 tablespoon raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon raw honey
Juice of 1 lemon
½ teaspoon cinnamon

Directions: Mix all ingredients in a bottle and drink up.

Apple Zinger

Ingredients:

2 apples
1-cup spinach
½ beet, cut into cubes
1 lemon, peeled
1 inch thumb ginger
1 carrot

Directions: Juice all ingredients and enjoy.

Tangy Veggies

Ingredients:

1 grapefruit
1 orange
2 kale leaves
2 sticks celery
1/2 cucumber
½ beet

Directions: Juice all ingredients and enjoy.

Blueberry Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened non-dairy beverage
1 cup spinach
½ cup blueberries
1 banana
3 tablespoons ginger juice
4 scoops hemp protein powder (or your favorite protein powder)
1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds

Directions: Put all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Avocado Deliciousness Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened non-dairy beverage
½ avocado
½ cup strawberry
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 cup kale
1 celery stalk

Directions: Put all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Ingredients:

1 scoop chlorella powder
