Victor Boutros serves as a federal prosecutor with national enforcement authority, investigating and trying official misconduct, hate crimes, and international human trafficking cases around the country on behalf of the United States Department of Justice. He has taught trial advocacy to lawyers from Latin America, South and Southeast Asia, and Africa. Victor Boutros received his bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Baylor University, masters degrees from Harvard and Oxford Universities, and his law degree from the University of Chicago.
