Victoria Foyt has worked as a screenwriter, actress and producer in the indie film world, along with director Henry Jaglom, in the critically acclaimed feature films Going Shopping, Festival In Cannes, Déjà Vu, Last Summer In the Hamptons and Babyfever.

Ms. Foyt has appeared nationally and locally on major television and radio outlets and participated at film festivals around the world. She has been interviewed for several magazines, most recently Vogue, O at Home and Venice magazine. And she has published articles in Harper’s Bazaar, O at Home and Film&Video.

In 2002, AFI’s prestigious Directing Workshop for Women awarded Ms. Foyt a placed in its coveted program. She wrote and directed a critically acclaimed short film, The Sweet Spot starring Jennifer Grant and Carl Weathers. It played in many film festivals and was featured on PBS Hollywood Fine Cut. Variety Critic, Scott Foundas called it, “a deliriously funny satire.”

The Virtual Life of Lexie Diamond, Ms. Foyt’s first novel was released Spring ‘07 by HarperCollins for the Young Adult Market. She wrote and directed a short video inspired by the book, which is posted on youtube and can be see at www.LexieDiamond.com/video.
