Vin Testa is originally from Wallingford, Conn., and graduated from Salve Regina University in Newport, R.I. He is currently a high school math teacher at Theodore Roosevelt Senior High School in Washington, D.C. A truly devoted educator, Vin will receive his master's degree in special education with a focus on learning disabilities from American University in 2014. Aside from teaching, he is one of the original LGBTQ Liaisons who were placed in D.C. public schools last year. Vin has been dancing since the age of 4 and hopes to continue cultivating that passion in the coming years. He enjoys traveling around the world and has volunteered at the Flying Kites Children's Center in Kenya every summer for four years. He recently became the proud father of a redtick coonhound named Sally.
