I earned a BA in English, concentration in writing, from Minnesota State University in Mankato, Minn. and several years later, earned a master’s in divinity from United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities, a progressive United Church of Christ affiliated seminary located in New Brighton, Minn. I’ve worked as a reporter and editor for a community newspaper; as a writer for corporate publications; and as a freelance writer. Although I’m a news junkie, my interests include depth psychology, theology, history, and literature. I enjoy getting together with family and friends, movies, theatre, music, and interacting with others wherever I happen to be. I have my own progressive political analysis blog at katalusis.blogspot.com.
