This Red-Hot Spring Trend Has Legs

This season is all about the red leg. Fashion bloggers first started wearing red tights during the winter months. Now that spring is coming to the northern hemisphere, they're switching to red pants. The trend works for all ages, shapes and budgets. Fast-fashion companies including H&M, Zara and Topshop have inexpensive versions either online or in-store, including cropped styles suitable for summer. A search for "red pants" on Yoox.com turns up options ranging from $50 to $1,000. Here's a look at the fashion bloggers who have been caught red-legged lately.

Yay for red!  I guess because I'm a brunette, I've always loved red, it is great for the complexion.

Red jeans are a quirky classic. It's good to own, at least, one pair of red pants / jeans. They draw attention to you when you want to be noticed, and it works well with a t-shirt or neutral blouses or tops. It's a fun, carefree look!

Normally I'm not impressed by these slideshows, but this one was excellent, as it featured, real, beautiful women, not catastrophically thin and coked-out models that represent about .0001% of what the human race looks like!
