Wendy Diamond is a cause-related entrepreneur whose accomplishments include two best-selling cookbooks that rose over $500,000 for homeless charities: A Musical Feast, featuring the recipes of musical artists such as Madonna and Steven Tyler, and An All-Star Feast, which features the favorite meals of various athletes, including Michael Jordan and Derek Jeter. She was also elected into the 1998-99 Rockefeller Foundation Corporation Leadership Program. She is an active supporter/fundraiser for homeless people and pets. Born in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, studied at Pine Manor College, Boston and now resides in New York City.

Ms. Diamond also practices what she preaches. After adopting her rescue cat, Pasha, along with a rescued white Maltese named Lucky, she used her natural spirit, charm, and business acumen and ventured off to start an animal lifestyle magazine and website called Animal Fair (fairness to animals). It is the first lifestyle media company for animal lovers in support of animal rescue. Animal Fair is dedicated to highlighting non-profit animal organizations, giving them the opportunity to tell their inspirational stories and to provide contact information so that our readers can become involved. When Animal Fair launched in 1999, 11 million animals were killed in shelters. This year the number has decreased to 5 million! Charlize Theron, Beyonce, Diane Lane, Halle Berry, Renee Zellweger, and Drew Barrymore have all graced the cover with their rescued animals.

Wendy Diamond and her dog Lucky are frequent pet contributors to the Today Show, Fox News, CNN, Good Morning America and media outlets around the world. She has appeared in and on Forbes, Time Magazine, The View, New York Times, People Magazine, The New Yorker, Vogue, CNN, CBS’ Early Show, Oprah, Los Angeles Times, Dallas Morning News, Cleveland Plain Dealer, Philadelphia Enquirer, Extra, MTV, VH1, Extra, E!, New York Post, Daily News, London Times, Hello Magazine and local media outlets all over the world .

Wendy and her Lucky Diamond Productions are Executive Producers and Creator of the of the NBC pilot Mutt Makeover, Executive Producer and Host of Paws for Style Special on Fox and co-produced and hosted Lucky Travels on Animal Planet. Both Lucky and Wendy were Judges on WE Network’s America’s Cutest Puppy. In Search Of Puppy Love – Wendy’s first documentary at the Boston and Cancun Film Festivals. Based on their Yappy Hour rescue tour that raised over $200,000 for animal rescue.

They just wrapped on their first acting role in the independent film Goy Band. Currently Wendy and Lucky are judges on CBS’ America’s Top Dog (American Idol for Pets) summer primetime series!

Her next humor book How to Train your boss to Roll over will be out this Spring.
