William Chen
William Chen joined the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities in August 2012 as a Research Associate with the Federal Fiscal Policy division.
Prior to joining the Center, he interned at the U.S. Departments of HUD and Commerce and the Center for American Progress. Before coming to D.C., he worked at InterIm CDA, a community development corporation in Seattle.
He holds a Master of Public Policy degree from Georgetown University and a B.A. in Fine Arts from Amherst College.
