Willow is a co-owner of C&J Nutrition, a kitchen explorer, and a tea drinker who believes that health and happiness are within everyone’s reach, but the path to getting there is like a fingerprint — individualized. Along with biz partner Stephanie Clarke, Willow creates meal plans and recipes for popular magazines and works with both individuals and corporations to give employees the resources they need to be healthy at work (and beyond).

Willow holds a bachelor of science degree in Human Nutrition from the University of New Mexico and a master’s degree in Nutrition Communications from Tufts University. She lives in NYC, which is the perfect setting to indulge her love of walking ridiculous distances, small dogs that resemble mops, people watching, crazy food creations, and all types of art. But she’ll always call New Mexico home (and don’t get her started on the sunsets).
